You chose to go up stairs.

You turn around and head back up the winding staircase. Just looking at that liquid flooding the first floor gives you a eerie feeling. Deciding that descending into the liquid does not look safe you begin your climb back up the stairs. Perhaps if you can reach the building's four you could survey the area around you and make your decision based in that. Your climb up the stairs is interrupted by a loud hiss. You look above to see a cat on the next set of stairs peeking it's head out. It does not blink as it continues to hiss at you with it's teeth barred. You cant go back there is nothing for you back down the stairs, but that cat looks aweful scared and might attack you.

You decide to:

-Continue up the stairs.

-Wait for the cat to leave.
