(Wrote it down while the scene was still fresh in my mind)
Xingqiu: I'm so glad you're taking your time to expand our team, my lady. It was getting rather troublesome to bear weight of so many responsibilities all on my own. Enemies, domains, quests, trials. Don't get me wrong, I'm honored to be your crowned hero. But I've been longing to partake... in other activities besides fighting all day. And frankly, I believe I deserve a nice long rest.
Xingqiu: Still, I wonder. Who did you choose for the role of leadership? Aside from Sir Kaeya and Master Diluc that I know of.
Me: Well, I'm trying to get Kaveh stronger.
Xingqiu: Ah, a fellow appreciator of arts! He's a wonderful conversationalist, though I didn't peg him for someone who would rush to the danger ahead, dealing a final blow.
Me: Yeah, I know. But I'm not feeling like working with Tighnari or Kinich right now. And I like Kaveh.
Xingqiu: I understand. You do you, my lady. He is quite pretty after all, isn't he?~
Me: Wanderer. Or, well, Shun now. Since I was finally able to give him a proper name recently.
Xingqiu: A name most fitting for him. He earned this. He's been with us for so long, if mostly as a mean of faster transportation and getting to places none of us would be able to reach. Not without a lot of struggle, at least.
Xingqiu: The longer I know him, the more I realize he has far kinder and noble heart than I initially suspected. Needless to say, he's a good fit, in my humble opinion.
Me: Oh, there's also Lohen.
Xingqiu: Pardon me, my lady, but who's Lohen?
Me: Oh, he came recently. I've been actually gathering resources to get him to join for the past month and a half. Thank god I went all out, coz this... gentleman did NOT make it easy for me.
Xingqiu: I suspected you were aiming to invite someone new with how determined and unyilding you've been with making sure no part of Sumeru has anything left to take. Such restlessness can only speak of a great desire. Although I believed Durin was your end goal.
Me: He was one of the goals. You were right on that.
Xingqiu: Yet, it seems I overlooked that... Lohen of yours. Can you enlighten me about him?
Me: He's a vice captain of the 5th company from Mondstadt. Quite a piece of work. Have you really not met him yet?
Me: Hair kinda minty? Green and red eyes? Smirks often? Has a particular... troubled aura around him?
Xingqiu: Actually, I think I did meet him this morning. I was spending leisurely time in your teapot realm and was ambushed by some overly enthusiastic young man on my way to refill my tea. I almost drew my sword on him.
Me: Yeah, sounds like him.
Xingqiu: Why do I feel like my plans to spend the following weeks enjoying a new series of books just crashed down and took their last breath?
Xingqiu: You know, Kaeya's proposition of joining him for a wine tasting is starting to look slightly more appealing...
