ahahaha just got my hands on the second volume of the limited edition dororon enma-kun meramera Blu-ray. . . For only $16!!! Insane steal !!!!!!!! Usually these go for around $200+ usd (not including shipping) I’m so happy I could die.

Unfortunately this means I want to collect the rest of this limited dvd series now……bwaaahhh my poor wallet. Hopefully I’ll find the other ones with similar prices one day !

I’d like to share this detail from the character bios in the Demon Prince Enma DVD pamphlets, being that it acknowledges the manga lore of Enma and Yuki being angels (calling them “demons”). The most interesting part about this for me is that this isn’t a plot point in the OVAs at all, and isn’t really hinted at other than this. I wonder why it’s included!

The original DVD release of Kikoushi Enma included funny little 4Koma by Go Nagai. Surprisingly, they were included in the American release and were even given translations! However, the translations were posted next to the comic rather than edited in (which is understandable since the word bubbles are tiny). I decided to play with Photoshop and add in their translation! I had to rephrase certain things and I decided to leave “yokai” as is.
