"Something just happened... In another place, in another time..."
My AU is all about Virtues finding their purpose in their assigned roles, but also becoming morally gray and cynical in the process, obviously. They're like awakened forms, but not the pure kind. Logically, none of the virtues can't be truly pure, even happiness.
But, in comparison to original Shadow Milk, my Milk is a sweetheart...
P.S. I'm renaming this AU once again so that it would be more understandable. Hopefully, for the last time. I don't think I should be doing it, but...oh well...

It says in wiki that Fount, likely, was teaching Cookies magic, such as Dark Moon Magic, White Magic and Nature Magic. Maybe also other types of magic, but I don't know any - I never really looked into his backstory if there's anything said about it. Someone said here that he can go into the dreams of other Cookies, which is Moonlight Magic, but it was really confirmed only by Pure Vanilla Cookie as far as I can tell, who wields a part of his Soul Jam, so it doesn't really count I think.
But, unrelated to all I said above, I really like to think that he can work with Nature Magic. Imagine him sending fireballs or icicles, haha.

I don't have much to say about her, I'm sorry, I don't exactly know her backstory. But just some facts that may or may not originate from canon:
- She grands wishes only to those, who, she thinks, deserve that - testing their will power. If they're greedy and only want things without any efforts, she doesn't help them and, on the opposite, actually makes them pursue their wish, until they get it, burnt out completely or simply give up, not even starting. Either way would work for her.
- On the other hand, she's more condescending to determined Cookies, a little more easy on them, but still doesn't give anything for free.
- Flour herself is apathetic to a healthy amount. She usually meditates in her temple to keep herself stable and ok.
- She's actually respects other Vices, but Sugar is way less. Despite the fact that their methods of controlling mortals are somewhat similar, Flour just doesn't like laziness of her sugary friend, but tolerates it enough.
- The closest to her is Fount, so he visits her from time to time more often than other Vices. Mostly because they have the same problem with being used by Cookies.
In my AU both of them are nothing more than a teacher and a student. Fount doesn't pay much attention to PV (not the one on an art), since he's not important in a grand scheme of things and because WL is more problematic.
I refuse to draw Pure Vanilla's full and detailed outfit.
This isn't ShadowVanilla. I don't like this ship at all. I always complain about it to my bestie. And I'm not sorry in any way, shape or form in a slightest bit. I don't hate people who likes them, but, please, don't even remind me of them - it's my trigger. I always click "not interested" on any posts with them both on here and on YouTube. Sometimes I even block people who draw them.
I'm telling you this so you could understand how much I dislike it.
Shadow Milk Cookie/Fount of Knowledge is so much more than adding to Pure Vanilla Cookie. I don't like how Devsisters always show them together.
Just decided to give him a simpler outfit, because why not, hehe. I could give him a suit, but that's corny + more fantasy-looking clothes is more fitting for an ancient being like him.
I didn't post anything in 5 days, so I'm gonna do it now.
It's not really anything informative, I just redesigned some ShMilk's sprites for my Fount. Maybe I'll do more later, or maybe I'll post something else.
But since sprites won't give any information, I'll do it myself like I always did in all those posts, hehe ^^
Fount here is much less deranged-looking, and his quirk with eyes (idk how to call it, but when his irises fill up eyes fully) is pretty rare one, unless he's very emotional. His emotions more controlled than in original.
And also his additional eyes on a face reflect specifically his facial expression, not the mood, unlike eyes in the hair.
Also if you look at his hair pattern, you can see that black part, which represents his Dark Moon Magic/Dark Side Of The Moon, aren't just strands but something like line-shaped portal/second layer of his hair.
Hair is also shows his emotions, of course.

I'll give you some ideas I'm thinking of regarding this AU:
1) Draw Flour of Volition and Salt of Solidarity.
2) Draw Ancients and also come up with their title equivalent for an AU.
3) Give Vices different titles (not sure)
4) Maybe make a comic about Fount (very unlikely).
5) Maybe make all the sprites and use them somewhere (unlikely, but less)
6) Make an animation about an AU (probably won't be happening).
Wielder of the power of Change, Destruction and Abundance, he, instead of fully turning to Destruction side, decided that he himself would manipulate events. He decides what, how and why something needs to be changed either through destruction or any other means... Or not changed at all.
Nothing is eternal, yet he will make most of it while it lasts.

- He's much more calmer and less bored, compared to the original.
- Prefers destruction but also considers consequences.
- Manipulates events on his own whim and doesn't listen to anyone.
- But he might consider opinions of his friends towards his actions, - especially Fount's, because he is a leader, - but it doesn't mean Herald will always follow them.
- He visits Sugar more often than any other Vices, because she's closer to his territory. It doesn't mean he's lazy - he just doesn't like wasting his time unnecessarily.
- Has 6 arms because, even if slightly uncomfortable, they're letting him multitask easier. He prefers hands-on approach, after all, hehe.
- More caring towards his friends and minions (not sure how to call them), cherishes them even, if not openly.
- Nutmeg Tiger Cookie and other Wild Species also serve him, like in original, they're just less destruction-focused, haha.
Ayoooo! Whole Ones AU versions of Black Sapphire Cookie and Candy Apple Cookie! Art above (and some information featuring Fount bellow the cut) just so I could post it in SMC cult, hehe.
Compared to Fount, they look pretty much ordinary, in my opinion. You can tell me what you think, however.
Some things you might notice:
- Eyes in their hair, as a hint that Fount is spying through them sometimes. They know about it, of course.
- Angel-like wings instead of demon-like, but implications still here.
- Sometimes, when Fount leaves the Spire to do his own thing, Black Sapphire is left in charge of it.
- Black Sapphire and Candy Apple are like siblings, older brother and younger sister.
- Candy Apple idolizes Fount like in original.
- Fount loves both of them equally as a family. He's just an oldest one, obviously. You can decide if he's a father, a brother or even a teacher - it doesn't really matter.
And all the other things are the same as in original, they just don't necessarily work as deceivers.
