Introducing myself and my artwork.

Hey there! This post is for everyone, but especially for the people who are new to my work, or just want to learn more about the artist!
Like every artist, I've always been drawn to art. Visual art, music, books, poetry, video games (i will argue till my death that video games are art, have you seen those landscapes??), and of course by the best artist herself, mother nature. If you read the blurb in my about section, you know, like a lot of us, it took me a long time to see myself as an artist despite the fact that I've been creating since I was a child.
When I'm at a point where I can't seem to do anything, art is my point of refuge. It's often the thing that, no matter where my head is, I can still create. I may be struggling to get out of bed, or even feed myself, but drawing or painting is something I can still do. Because of that, creating art has always been incredibly special to me. I still struggle with feeling like what I create isn't "good enough", but I do my damndest to create every single day, no matter how small.
The reason I'm able to create seemingly endlessly (there is an end, I burn out HARD sometimes.) is because I'm inspired by everything so deeply, it almost hurts. I've just always had an insatiable curiosity and wonder for everything.
I remember as a little kid, one of my favorite pass times was watching puddles. The way the ripples moved with the wind, or little bugs. The reflection of the clouds, trees, and birds above. I would slowly drag a twig through the puddle just to watch the way the dirt swirled and settled again.
I haven't grown out of that behaviour. I've learned to embrace it and focus it into creating.
I love making art, and I want so badly to be a full time artist, and I'm working towards it every day that I can. It's thanks to people like you that move me closer to that reality.
