My end presentation!
16/12/2024
I went to Gamma and searched out these colours for everything I want to paint.
15/12/2024
I improved my 1:10 model!
14/12/2024
I made a 1:5 model of the glass plate detail!
12/12/2024
Here I highlighted the places that I worked out a little bit more. In yellow I made a perspective drawing, and in red I made the details in Rhino.
10/12/2024
I made another detail of how I want to place the artifacts in the frames. This is for example a place where a section of a wing could lay. There is steal mesh underneath the artifact so that it can't fall through. On the edges of that mesh there are slightly higher edges, so that the artifact can also not fall to the side.
6/12/2024
I made a detail of how I want to attach the glass plates to the concrete column.

I'm working on my material passport!
21/11/2024
My calculations on the material percentages!
21/11/2024
I improved my perspective and wrote all the materials I'm using beside it. I also calculated the percentages of how much of that material I'm using for this design.
14/11/2024
Today I made a sketch of a perspective in the basement.
13/11/2024
We visited the Museum Lakenhal in Leiden, and it was a nice experience. Because we are learning about display and lighting, I noticed a lot more than I usually would. There was a variety of ways the museum chose to display their artefacts; in vitrines, on stages, in drawers, or just on the ground. This museum used different forms of lighting; from below/above/front, big/small, specific/general. They also displayed video's about fabrics, which made the museum more interactive.

My end presentation!
25/10/2024
I changed my 1:100 model to a more realistic one.
22/10/2024
I worked out my column model a bit better!
16/10/2024
Today we visited the Philips/Signify Light Application Centre and the Kazerne.
It was very inspiring!
