the last 2 days i have felt so unbelievably tired. i hate that even when i put so much work into really looking after myself, my body just gives out. i was so lucky i didn't have anything straining to do at work but, even doing the bare minimum was impossible. i went to order a coffee to try and jolt myself out of it and was slurring my words so badly i felt so embarrased. it makes me look like i'm inebriated but its really just chronic fatigue. today was my day off and i felt just as bad. i'll see how i go tomorrow but, i might have to take a sick day on friday. i would prefer to avoid this but...there's literally nothing i can do. unrelated but i wish i had some peanut m&ms right now.
