so I had a job lined up that is currently on pause due to the virus. Meaning I was unemployed when the emergency financial packages were released, which I thought meant I was not qualified. So I got in contact with a social worker. pretty much let them know that I am completely broke but I am not qualified for the aid relief. and overall I was just in a bit of a pickle because I was relying on a job in a longer happening, due to a pandemic I didn’t foreshadow. And then they let me know i do qualify for the relief, and made me feel like I was a really stupid for not keeping up with issues and the changes to the program. But I had already tried to apply, and didn’t qualify previously. Anyway. So I applied for the program and it’s been two weeks and I still haven’t received any funding. every other person I know is off work and they receive the money a few days after applying. All the phone lines are overwhelmed and I can’t get through to anyone. It’s just kind of frustrating. And I’m not even really sure where to go from here. I hate feeling desperate like this, and like my entire life and circumstances are completely out of my hands
