Been 6+ years since I colored with Copics so this is a mess, but here’s Zen! I’m continuing to practice. Copics are difficult to photograph and even scan so here are 2 different camera modes.

Was taking screenshots for drawing references with the toxic twins and…realized something—

Zen has a tuft of hair around the center of his head that is similar to Yoichi’s center bangs…also, if you look at how his hair frames his face, if it grew out…it would be similar to Yoichi’s.

I dunno. Am I overanalyzing it? Possibly. Did Horikoshi and then the anime staff start drawing them similar near and after the identical twin reveal? I think so. Am I insane? Most definitely.

Hi! This is terrible, but I decided to draw a demon Yoichi! His horns are much smaller and more rounded than Zen’s. Zen is pretty big comparatively so he often flutters around him with his wittle Yoichi wings. His horns have green accents while Zen’s are red.
