I love EnStars! but I hate how HE treats the players and the very game itself…

I love its stories… but there are too many mistakes and contradictions to ignore. Many… or maybe all of them could have been spotted out early and fixed early if there were some kind of proofread team I think.

The authors are not to blame. It is true that I will never forget about how Yuuki-sensei r-u-i-n-e-d my Mao in last year’s ChocoFes, but if someone had pointed it out for her, things may have been different.

Remember the HE’s nama this year when every game had something new and interesting coming soon while EnStars! only had that even-more-low-quality-than-MMD model… In addition, since their corner was the last and the nama was running out of time, everything felt rushed.

Regarding the newest server error incidents, I have got too used to EnStars! compensation *remember the time we got only 68 daiya for a 4-and-a-half-day-long maintenance?* policy, so maybe as long as it’s something else except for yakisoba bread, I’m satisfied. What enrages me the most is their SILENCE. I’m sure many have tweeted/sent help mails to them but for hours all we received was utter silence as usual. This game nearly reaches its two-year anniversary and the staffs still do not know how to deal with this kind of emergency? I am aware that 10 PM is totally not within normal working hours, but since the event always ends at that time, some staffs must be put in charge of managing and observing the game progress. Judging from the announcement, I believe the staffs must have known about the issues, but they only announced about it after the event had ended, leaving many poor players struggling just to get access to the game without knowing what exactly was going on for hours, especially ON THE LAST DAY OF THE EVENT.

I find the way they treat this issue too unprofessional. I did consider about the chance that normal staffs may not be able to state anything on the official Twitter without approval from the higher-ups… However, this can by all means be considered an emergency, and employees are supposed to be taught to carry out appropriate measures by themselves when the higher-ups are not present in case of emergency. Moreover, the server errors have occured a lot lately, just not as much as today… meaning they should have discussed and proposed countermeasures upon this issue since truth be told, it is not unexpected at all. If maintenance and prolonging the event may be difficult, an official announcement on Twitter that they are aware of the issue and are working to tackle the problem is enough, at least for me, so that I know HE still care.
