Dear Mummy, I can tell by the look in your eye this afternoon that you’re not to impressed with me today. The eye contact you maintained while I was emptying the Rice Bubbles Cereal box over the kitchen floor was a pretty large giveaway. I know how much you like to get out of the house every now then in particular having coffee catch ups and a stroll around the shops, I just wish you would have consulted me about partaking in such a thing……particularly today. I clearly wasn’t in the mood to go anywhere; I really do wish you could have read the situation better before we left the house. I am really sorry Mummy but you left me no choice I HAD to embarrass you in Big W. It was pretty cruel of you to get me to try on some new slippers especially when they have my favourite TV personalities on them; Paw Patrol and NOT let me keep them on. You see I was left with no other option but to scream at you until you gave in and let me wear them. I know you thought the ordeal was over but you should know me by now, my OCD was not being catered for. The price tag, strings and little hanger that were attached to my new slippers HAD to go, IMMEDIATALY (hence why my screaming grew a few decibels). I didn’t think it was necessary for you to constantly glare down at me the way you did as you were chasing down the shop assistant requesting the use of her scissors. I am sorry you had to learn this lesson the hard way, next time we will both be on the same page (hopefully). I know I have had to dish out some tough love today however it is part of my job as a 2 year old to do so I hope you can eventually understand.
