#02 Work rivals! today I managed to make it a little more detailed hehe, it's a modern AU too, Mel is a lawyer and Jayce is an engineer, they don't agree on the plans for a risky project (the lawyer and engineer thing was @/ azdaiackm and @/ jaijeijayjei idea. no ref image today pookies) Also, Idk shit about law or engineering so the dialogue might be a little off

i was expecting it to be the easiest one but for some reason it was super hard?? i guess its bc i have no idea how tf to draw the angle jayce is in lol he looks kinda creepy in this one, i didnt know what to do with the eye 😭

#03 fairy tale retelling! I wasn't sure which story to do, I had so many ideas, sleeping beauty with jayce as beauty, rapunzel with Mel and long micro braids etc etc, but in the end I chose one that I could do in time and it's also very important for me (my favorite as a kid :)) beauty and the beast! maybe it's a little weird or corny, but people like werewolf Jayce, maybe beast Jayce is nice too (ref image was a scene from the live action itself, so im not putting here)

Alright MelJay fam here are the prompts for our favorite couple! The prompts are Date Ideas for the pair but it’s not a hard rule. Feel free to interpret as you choose as long as Jayce and Mel are the main focus.

Our next event will be a MelJay Valentines Week for February but I’m still working on prompt ideas.

Some ideas I’ve listed below. I’d appreciate if you could let me know if there’s a particular set of prompts that interests you. I’ll do a poll on the Twitter page as well. They can be set in canon, canon divergence, or au.

MelJay firsts (first dance, first meet the parents, first baby, etc.)

MelJay romcom: there was only one bed, two strangers double booked for a vacation rental, fake dating, someone buys an inn/castle/whatever during a low point in their life, etc.

MelJay dates: picnic, dinner/dancing, on the water, vacation getaway, fireworks, etc.

I waited until the very last day I’m so sorry 😅 but merry belated Christmas and New Years to @edomeilair, I was your Meljay secret Santa!! I drew the shared family tradition of making food, in particular the most titular thing: Santa’s cookies! If not just for Mel to bop Jayce with frosting haha. I hope you like it!!
