When I was born it was with only a simple note in my heart. Over the yrs my soul searched for the notes to make sense of that one simple note...

Through relationships and experiences I added more notes and before long I had what resembled something of a tune but still it felt unfinished and my hearts completed song unfulfilled....

But in you I found those missing notes...and together finally it was as though my heart new how to start...in a rush we made an intro...verses...refrains...a chorus...a bridge...a hook...so quickly as though it were the waves of an ocean our highs and lows all coming together to create a song only our hearts new...

I often wondered to myself is this what I've been searching for? Is this what our souls seek in our endless lifetimes? Whatever the case I hope when she lays on my chest that she too can hear that these are the notes of my love...the tune etched into my heart...in her I have found the melody of my soul...

Everything is transactional these days...even love. We often wonder as we think of them is it us they're thinking of in those high moments or even the lows does it bring a smile? Do the memories of good, bad, and in between make iit worthwhile? Or are we over-thinking...I'm over thinking about it...no it's over we keep on thinking. Cause lil mistakes feel like mountains. We climb and keep on goin to see what's at the top. Now I still don't kno or maybe I saw, and simply missed it. I miss it that naive feeling of unconditional...now turned conditional and we do this cause we want that.
