“He was maybe the nicest guy I ever met my life. It's sad to accept why good people die, and bad people live. It's hard to understand, but it's life. You have to accept it.” -Mauro Martini.

"Mr. LeMan ―Tom Kristensen" The book I bought recently. June should be the month of 24 hours of Le Mans but suspended to August because of Covid-19. Can I finish reading it before the race?
This weekend
Everybody says that they are willing to watch French GP. However, because race begins late night, it is tough for me to watch on time. In Japan, most race begins 10pm, but because I always go bed and wake early, I have to stay up late to watch. Marcus Ericsson's maiden IndyCar victory at Detroit marked his first car racing victory since he won in GP2 in 2013.
"To race for 24 hours in day light, in the darkest night, in 41-degree heat or torrential rain - Le Mans 24 Hours had it all, ever since the first race on the La Sarthe track in 1923. Renowned names from Formula 1, Indy Car, rallying, and other classes have tried and failed at Le Mans 24 Hours."
From "Mr. Lemans Tom Kristensen"
“Street tracks provide a very high level of concentration and are very demanding. There's no room for error.”

Jenson Button: Life to the Limit
"It’s not optional. You have to have it. You have to have that will to win, that burning desire for competitive edge. In Formula One the most prevalent example of that competition is between teammates, because the best test of your skill as a driver is when it’s pitted against a driver in exactly the same car. That’s why the rest of us line up on the grid behind Mercedes and Ferrari. Not because we want to make up the numbers. Not because we want to look pretty. Because we want to beat our teammate."
