Hello everyone remember Bella who had surgery on her left luxating patella? Well this surgery happened in December and now here in June she is experiencing VERY PAINFUL flare ups in the leg she had surgery on!! I made an appointment and come to find out, her leg is STILL luxating. 

Their excuse, “Oh it just pops back out sometimes.” SO they’re telling me that a SURGERY will fail after only 6 months???? Every vet I have said this to has said, they have NEVER heard of such a thing!!  I called the vet who performed the surgery and asked for his name..they REFUSED to give me the name. I had to physically walk in and DEMAND the name of the surgeon and after finally receiving the name, found out this surgeon is NOT even board certified! 

There is also no names on her records for every single appointment she has ever had, and even lies and flaws all over the place!! So now here we are, I’ve called their sister location considering that is where the manager usually is. All I am getting out of it is a free exam and a $177 x-ray since I didn’t get ANY x-rays after the surgery. I WANT to see what was done, I WANT to see her leg. Please help me see what’s going on with her..This will not only help me..but the NEXT surgeon who performs this operation.

Just a little PSA

I’ve noticed in my years of RPing too many people worry about “What would my canon muse do” in a story rather than “What can I do to move this story along?”

Listen, whether canon or OC your muse is still your muse and you are free to do what you want and portray them how you see fit. Don’t worry so much about expectations. You’ve chosen to write as this muse giving you the reigns to do what you want with them.

Often times I’m pretty certain I’m not very canon in how I portray my muse but the fact is, I want to move a story along and I want to have fun with it. Sure the muse may or may not actually do the things I have them do in a story, but that’s not what this is all about. We’re not working to get our rps published and we’re certainly not writing for the anime or manga, we are writing for ourselves. We are creating our own stories with the characters we love, therefore, we can do whatever the hell we want with them.

Who cares if so and so plays the same muse at it. News flash, no one is better than anyone else. There may be some who don’t enjoy your portrayal of your muse, but so what. Look at your followers, sure right now I only have 4 but I am brand new as of today, but do you know what that number tells me? Despite the fact that I’ve only watched one episode of D. Gray Man, there are still 4 people who love the way I portray Allen, and i know I can certainly improve on my muse once I finish the anime, and I believe that number tells me that those 4 people also believe in me and have confidence in me to know what the hell I’m doing once I do finish this anime and dive deeper into the D. Gray Man rp community.

The point in all of this is, no one is bad at playing a canon muse. Why? Because they’re your muses and it’s impossible to be bad at writing something that is yours.

OC or Canon, they are ours. We can all write out a perfect portrayal of our muse.
