NO BUT DO YOU REALISE WHY THIS WAS SUCH A BIG DEAL?!

The reason he freaked out so much was that he just lost yugi’s soul in that desert and he was fucking pissed off he bascially took out all his anger on Weevil. That’s not something that fits his character as he is usual level headed.

Plus you see that green pentagram thingie? Losing a battle when that thing is activated means your soul will be taken to the SHADOW REALM. He was basically such an emotional mess he DELIBERATELY SEND WEEVILS SOUL TO THE SHADOW REALM. THATS BASICALLY THE SAME AS MURDER.

ON TOP OF THAT he hates players who sacrifice cards just for the sake of leveling up other cards or use sacrificing as part of their strategy even if it’s not a last measure because he finds it disrespectful to the cards. YOU KNOW, HEART OF THE CARDS AND ALL THAT STUFF! HE WASN’T EVEN LOOKING AT THE CARDS HE WAS SACRIFICING. That’s why he almost sacrificed Dark Magician Girl with which he has a particularly strong bond! HE ABANDONED ALL HIS MORALS, BELIEFS AND EVERYTHING HE STANDS FOR BECAUSE OF HOW FUCKED UP HE WAS OVER LOSING YUGI. YOU KNOW WHAT THIS DID TO ME?!?!!
