So at my school I’m the treasurer for my junior class and apparently there were meetings for t-shirts that only 2 people knew about and the only people that went were the white girls on the class officer list and literally the shirts say “Class of 2013: Like a Boss” except the B in Boss is a 13.

I'm not really one to complain about the little things, but I just need to get this off of my chest. When the words, "why do you wear makeup?" or "you shouldn't wear makeup" come out of someone's mouth and directed towards me, I get very frustrated. And I'm sure this goes for any one of you girls out there, this happens so much and I hate it. Personally, it offends me and it makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong. But to answer your question, "why do I wear makeup?" I wear it because I'm insecure about my face, and it helps hide what I'd like to keep hidden. I have dark under eye circles, redness, combination skin, and black heads. Yes, sometimes I don't wear makeup, and let my skin breathe. I don't see the big issue here. On a regular basis, I apply concealer, foundation, and powder to my face. I don't use bronzer, just a little bit of blush to highlight my cheekbones and a translucent powder to make it last all day long. See, I would understand if I used a completely different color on my skin and looked like a clown. But I don't.
