hello! i love your artstyle and i was wondering, what's the oldest art of yours you have that you'd be willing to share? or even older drawings that you still like the look of today?

hmm..the oldest i have is in a folder of images i made for art class in school,i was 15 and very proud of it at the time. terrible quality photo unfortunately

i did some more drawings from photographs around that time until i was 17 or so, but don't have any good scans..

the "original" art i made at the time was very boring and i don't particularly feel like sharing it..in 2016 or so i drew a lot of pokemon though so i suppose this would count

i think i've been posting bits and pieces since 2013 or so but i am very on and off with drawing..i think i only had a handful of followers until 2018-2019 is when i transitioned to digital and started to post more frequently.

i have a 10th grade education. i have been on and off homeless my whole adult life and live in extreme poverty. i will never be able to afford to go to a college.

college will not grant you artistic skill: if this is your idea of my art, that it is something that can be taught, you are wrong. each artists unique vision is an expression of their life and world through whatever means nessecary: the product and the way is not traceable. art comes from the self.

i firmly do not believe in institutionalized art, just as i do not believe in commercialized art, it is the exact opposite of what art is: freedom and expression.

hi all^^ since people have liked my scans of things lately, i decided to make albums on ko-fi to post hi-res downloads of them with sme extra stuff,like alt versions and sketches i never posted. i mentioned this several months ago so i am glad to have made progress..
