keeping accountability every day, everything i eat.
kinda pissed i didnāt keep the best track of everything iāve been eating for the past few days but trrrrrust me iāve been very aware of whenever i eat. ive slipped up here and there but thankfully only bites. a sandwich, tacos, not horrible but definitely made me feel fat.
i even almost accidentally let myself slip up with cheesecake. well to be fair, i did, but i threw most of it up not even an hour later.
i donāt want to necessarily encourage others but i understand needing this. i need to be thinner. im waking up now at 108 lbs which makes me super happy but im still fat. iām giving it time, the results will show soon considering ive been eating roughly 1200-1500 cals a day and starting a work out plan tonight.
iām going to try my best to continue this little blog up lol because its a great way to build consistency and discipline.
