whenever you’re hungry
convince yourself you don’t want the food. say it. you’re not hungry, you couldn’t eat it if you tried. you’d be sick if you did.
even if it’s something you really enjoy, you’re not missing the opportunity to have it. there will be plenty of other times that you can eat it. skipping one of those times isn’t going to impact you.
once you say no to the food, you don’t have to focus on it anymore. it’ll be gone, and you won’t have to think about it. it may be hard to ignore your craving or hunger, but the regret only lasts a few minutes if you do. the regret if you eat it lasts much longer.
think towards your goals. every day you don’t eat, or stick to your plan/diet is a day you’re putting into weight loss. you’ve had the food before, maybe many times before, so it’s nothing special. you know the taste of food. but do you know the taste of being skinny? if you skip that meal, it shows just how badly you want to taste it. skinniness tastes like water. not that burger you think you want.
but you know what you really want, don’t you?
a thigh gap, a flat stomach, a beautiful defined jawline, bony hands, thin arms, prominent cheekbones, and a narrow waist.
you’re not going to get any of those by stuffing your face, angels.
