Let’s be real, Billy Batson should be Jason Todd’s age. I get the whole ‘he’s a kid pretending to be an adult because of magic’ thing, and no one wants him to age. And, yeah, the Damian ‘Son of the Bat’ Wayne + Billy ‘Thats Just My Name’ Batson relationship is interesting but seriously, Billy would have worked alongside Robin Jason when other heroes started finding out about the whole ‘Actually A Kid’ thing.
