#Founders Brewing #KBS 2009 to 2015. Decaying to dark soy for older than 2010. Increasingly better with less age until 2014 when I believe the brew itself changed and fell off.

#latergram from the beginning of an awesome birthday week. #Cantillon cherry #Lambic and #Alesmith Kopi Luwak, Bourbon Barrel aged imperial stout, both incredible and rarer than hen's teeth. Just looking at this picture still makes me giddy.

Harvest today for wet hopping an Alesmith IPA clone with about 4 oz from 2 year old plants in my backyard. Yielded mostly Columbus, some Cascade, and a little Chinook. Tastes pretty good warm and flat half way through fermentation before these bad boys are let loose on it!
