Completely forgot to upload the ver without the prototypes shadow so here
Hi! I’m making a Lily Lovebraids playlist, could I use your art for the cover if I credit you in the description?
Of course!
" This is the start of my immortal perfection, and I'm your God. "

Hi! Your art is absolutely beautiful!! I was wondering if you could share any tips for shading? I really struggle with it, particularly for cartoony style drawings / characters (like Jax) and they just end up looking flat.
Thank you so much! <3 When I’m applying shadows I flip flop between different brushes with different textures to have variety. One of my fav brushes is the noise brush. One tip that I will always stress to the ENDS OF THE EARTH is that shadows vary!! Not all shadows are the same, for instance I add soft shadows around rounded areas like cheeks, shoulders, ext. Hard shadows show up when forms overlap or block light suddenly like under the chin, around the nose, under eyebrows, between fingers, under arms.
Hard shadows can fade out too. What I usually do is use a soft brush as an eraser and lightly fade the edges of a shading block. For my pfp I bareeeelyyy did any shading but I used this same technique to the hair:
Also when applying color, don’t just stick to one color. Highlights can be warmer, midtones neutral, and shadows cooler or more saturated. And if you’re applying a hell of a lot of color NEVER go fully black or white, because you can never reach a darker or lighter shade. Here is the range of color that I use for majority of my rendering:
By the way for finishing touches, you can change the color of the Lineart to match the colors underneath by adding a clipping layer on top of the lineart layer.
Heyy this a slightly off topic question, but do you do animation?
Ehhh not really. When I first started drawing on a tablet about 3 years ago I did some FlipaClip stuff here and there, but I stopped after some time. I really want to do animation in the future, but for now I want to make sure my anatomy skills are as strong as possible.
Hiii! Your art is so good and I was wondering what is your favorite fandom(if you have one)? Since you said you have multiple fandoms, I was wondering if you had a favorite.
Hmmm, my favorite fandom (or fandoms??) rn are the GLTICH shows. But top fav from those shows is tadc...kind of a no-brainer bc it's the first fanart I made on here
Thank you for the ask!
Heyaaaaa! Your art looks sooooo delicious I was wondering what was your drawing process like if you don't mind sharing? I'm assuming you drew your pfp and banner and I found your art really captivating!
Thank you so much!
I’m gonna do this whole explanation based off the recent Tadc art: I wanted Jax to be the main focus as well as ribbit. Both of their figures can be simplified easily using shapes like circles, squares so I can make their poses dynamic So after some sketching, lineart and coloring I finalized the look of the two using bright colors and a variety of brushes. I used the sketch brush for the gloves to add a bit of texture
I wanted Caine to be in the back as well as this huge menacing entity as he adds onto Jax's inner turmoil (albeit unintentionally) and the finished work to have primarily the colors blue and red (alluding to the recent ep). Now my fav part: the lighting!!!! Ribbit is someone that Jax treasures deeply, so I wanted her to be the greatest source of light. I made Jax partly in the shadow but his eyes reflecting the glow. Litteraly js used a blue light brush for jax's skin (or fur???? Furless skin??) Then finally, I added a bright green mask and set it to ‘divide’ so the colors can pop:
And done! I had a lot of fun making this and I plan on making more stuff soon <3 Thanks for the ask!!
