Haru is talking too much and not moving enough. He rolls his eyes and shakes his head, despite the fact that he might really shake himself right off the table, and the idea of getting down is actually starting to sound better and better. But, no. He is a dragon. He is strong. So instead of doing anything as sensible or boring as that, he follows through with his threat to embarrass her and starts singing, terribly and totally off-key, as loud as he can.

Haru isn’t sure but she’s certain that the male can possibly do whatever he wants to especially in his condition right now. The music is getting louder as time passes by and she loses count of how many glasses has she been drinking: yet she takes another one and swallows the strong liquid in one gulp. And that’s when she hears it, a familiar lyrics being sung (or more accurately screamed all over the club) and there’s only person that would do that. What the fuck? She lifts her head up to look at Jiyong, her eyes widen in disbelief. “Jiyong!” She screams as loud as she can. “Do you have to sing that song—aish. stop it!” And when he insists to not go down, Haru finds herself trying to reach for Jiyong.

MOODBOARDS (2/∞) : THE FURIOUS DUO FT @bellexmg​

         “Look, I really hate you so let’s just not talk.”                             “I even hate the fact that we’re breathing the same air now.”  

No one has expected this to happen: for Haru and Belle to be step-sisters. They’re obviously different from one another but they share one similar thought—they would not fucking get along at all. Haru doesn’t like the idea that she's getting another ‘father’ and even more surprising, ten step-siblings. Her mother must have been insane but that’s already something that Haru is aware of. But when Belle suddenly got involved in drugs, Haru can’t help it to just watch the young girl ruining her life since she’s totally against all this. Both of these girls started to grow a bond between them and eventually got closer until they’re barely separable anymore. Although Haru tends to deny it at times, deep inside she truly cares for Belle. To Haru, Belle is probably an unexpected step-sister but she’s literally the best she could ever ask for.

springing bugs ; dongwan & haru

As much of a friendly person Dongwan may be, socializing parties, especially that involving invited guests within the industry, remains to be a play of mild discomfort for Dongwan. He’s used to the loudness of soju glass clinking against each other, yellings from the table to the counter ahjumma and and idiotic laughter from his friends and the occasional smell of cigarettes floating about. Not this - a semi-formal, outdoor garden party with high-end champagne glasses.

It didn’t help that he was alone that day, many thanks to the belated notice of his manager and a one-man invitation for him, because the other had been given to none other than the director of his latest movie. So off they went, two men in matching blazers, his having a simple, cotton tee underneath matched with black jeans and leather shoes, the director’s with a more formal cut and collar shirt. 

He made a grab for one of the wine glasses, taking a sip of the red wine - it’s fine, but too sweet for his taste, though it’d make a good distraction to have in hand till he spot a familiar figure. With a smile and swaying steps, he popped on over, smile on his face as he greeted. “Haru-ssi, wasn’t expecting you to be here too!”

Grown up to be a socialite just like her mother, Haru can’t deny that although she loves attending events, sometimes when she’s expected to be at most events can be quite a burden. From a small party—which is always held in bars and clubs by the streets—to a big one which mostly includes luxurious hotels and attended by VIPs, there isn’t any that she hasn’t gone to. There’s this outdoor party she has been invited and being the social butterfly she is, she gladly accepts the offer.

For just a simple event like this, Haru isn’t wearing anything too flashy or glamorous. She has a black crop top with short sleeves paired with a white below knee-length skirt, matched with a pair of black heels and a white clutch in one hand. Nothing so fancy if she’s to admit it.

She has just arrived and even so people has started to greet her, she makes sure to wear her best smile as she talks to them. Some updates here and there, how her life’s going so far and also the mention of her mother and somewhere in between is when she’s going to take over the company. Cliche questions indeed. Just when she excuses herself, her eyes is quick to caught on a glimpse of a familiar face and once her name is being called, Haru's smile grows broader at his presence. “Oh, Dongwan-ssi! It’s a pleasure to meet you here.”

“I missed you a ton too sis” Belle chortled, “I bet people think we literally haven’t seen each other in months even though it’s only been a week” Belle jested, eyes glancing around at the few pairs of foreign eyes on the two. She couldn’t help it though, even going a few days without seeing Haru was something odd for Belle. It was hard to be away. 

Her eyes took in Haru’s sporty attire – comfortable and laid back but somehow she still managed to look fashionable and not like an utter couch potato. “well, only you could probably rock sweats.” She joked, nodding in approval as her fingers rested on the rims of her jean pockets. Before her eyes rose upward in skepticism “I’d never thought I’d hear those words leave your lips. I thought you loved your heels!” she joked, eyes widening in mock-surprise before chuckling. 

A light laugh escaped her lips as Haru pretended to sulk. “I’m sorrrryyyyyy” Belle pretended to plea, her arms now wrapped around the others again. “How could I forget you? I mean, I need someone to feed me when Luke forgets!” she joked, “forgive me?” she whined, flashing up at Haru her famous puppy-dog-eyes.

“Are you sure you are, hm?” Haru narrows down her eyes at Belle in a playful manner and puts on a serious face for a moment, only to end up laughing afterwards. “You’re right. But please, a week feels like a year so that’ll make sense.” Well, it doesn’t. Another laughter slips out of her mouth before she glances over to see some strangers giving them weird looks. As much as she doesn’t want to admit it, being away from Belle is something she can hardly handle nowadays. Probably it’s due to the incredibly bond that they share. 

Quirking a brow at Belle’s sudden statement, she can’t help but to chuckle. “Yah! I’m sure I’m not the only one although I think I rock skirts better.” It’s true that Haru thinks skirts suit her better than pants but maybe that’s just because she’s already so used to wearing them. She nudges Belle on her arm gently, jutting out her lower lips. “I know, I know. But deep inside I hope I can stop wearing heels—of course I do love them! Well, will it be a big surprise if I suddenly start wearing boyish clothes?” That’s hella obvious. Haru shakes her head at the sudden thought, flashing a cheeky grin at the female. “Forget it! Oh my. I’m sure I’ll look weird in those... I’ll just stick with skirts and heels.” 

Looking away from the female, still in an act of sulking although Belle’s arms are wrapped around her body again. After a few seconds of silence, Haru turns her head to the female, still pouting. “You’re forgiven but you gotta buy me coffee. How does that sound?” Of course, coffee is always the best thing when it comes to gaining Haru’s trust again. It never fails to. “Or else I won’t feed you anymore.” And she knows Belle can’t say no when it comes to food.

Sarah apologizes to her make-up artists for being gone before they start finishing her look for this shoot. She sits quietly and talks only when she’s talked to before they slip her into another outfit which fits her almost perfectly. When they’re done with that, Sarah thanks them once more as they wait for the photographer to call them in. Sarah looks at Haru and flashes her a big toothy grin and a thumbs-up.

Letting another laughter slips out of her mouth, Haru shakes her head in denial. “I know, I know. I was just pretending to not to,” she says as she purses her lips. Everyone that’s close to Sarah will probably know her eating habit: that she tends to eat a lot at one time. Sometimes Haru wonders how can Sarah fit all those meals in her small tummy―she doesn’t really look like she’ll eat so much. “And that’s weird, I swear. Maybe you should check out for any parasite residing in your body.” Haru laughs at her sudden thought. 

Haru has to admit that living by herself now is a whole lot better than staying with her mother back in the States. Just by the absence of her mother (she knows this might come out rude but oh well, if she is to be honest) she has felt happier. No one to tell her what to do: what should she wear or how should she behave or other stuffs she’s forced to do sometimes. Now that she has more freedom than before, she promises to cherish and use it well.  

She laughs along with the younger female, nodding her head once. When they first met, Haru has no idea they would turn out this close. Haru always tells herself not to get attached to people (because she’ll have a hard time forgetting them and also the urge of gaining their affection) and also because she used to push people away. But Sarah’s a different case and instead of a younger sister (due to a few years gap), she feels more like a best friend at times. Sure, she does have a few friends around but not any of them can make her feel like Sarah does. Although at most times Sarah doesn’t like coffee―she totally hates it―but no matter how many times Haru has dragged her to any coffee shops, she will just go along (of course she’ll whine endlessly on Haru) with it. She lets out a small chuckle when Sarah pecks on her cheek, nodding her head on going back to their make up artists. “You’re not disturbing me at all, dear. See you later!!”

Her make up artists rush over to crowd around the model again once Sarah leaves, not wanting to waste any time for that they need to finish it soon. Once she’s done with her face, she is asked to try on a few outfits and after they finally found the exact one, Haru takes a glance at Sarah, who's all ready looking like a goddess, and makes a silly face at her before ending up laughing. Once she’s done with everything, the model waddles over to her friend.

Right this instant? As you please, your Highness. Did you just say green tea― oh God, you know I don’t drink those but okay since I broke your heart, I guess I could try to make some. Just for the sake of you, Belle. See? I’m not really that mean. You’re definitely the most forgiving person ever and for that, you deserve some hearts. ❤❤❤

She hates the smell of that thing, and also beer, the both of those beverages she really dislikes. / } “And I hope they’re not here to see me get wasted. Don’t worry, when I find them, you’ll be the first one to know.” { / She blinks up at Haru when she tells her that they’re not going to drink vodka, and she almost looks like a deer in headlights. / } “So we’re really not drinking this?!” { / Her voice perks up again as she clings onto Haru, a smile starting to spread on her face. There’s one kind of cocktail that she likes and it’s probably the only kind that she could drink until she passes out. / } “Could we get margaritas? They’re the only ones that I like!”

( ` ― Haru quirks a brow, imitating how Sarah has pouted her lips this time, pretending like she’s offended. ) And I hope they’re not here to see me get wasted? Whoa, it’s that a sign that they’re here? Be sure to tell me first or I’m really going to kill you. Just kidding! ( ` ― She lets out a loud laugh at her last sentence, of course she doesn’t really mean it. Upon seeing Sarah’s reaction, she can’t help but smile in satisfaction, because her attempt to fool her friend has recently been a success. She nods her head as a response to the female’s question. ) Anything that you want to drink―as long as it doesn’t kill you―we’ll go get ‘em.”
