just another reminder; we still need the information for 29 characters (which isn’t so bad considering we have 77 characters) about what grade they are going into. we’ll more than likely be sending players messages about their decision which will be a bit tiresome so please, guys, make our jobs a bit easier. don’t just let us assume you’re going to have your character move onto the next grade. send us a message, letting us know what your intentions for your characters are.

this looks scarier than it is because of the length but, while this is important, it’s nothing to fear!

alright guys, since we are officially celebrating graduation week, we are doing a few updates concerning the characters. those updates involve their grades (year) and the roommate situation. what we need from you is to send in a private message, preferably through the inbox and not through the IM system, of what you intend on doing with your character. are they going to graduate (which means that once summer comes to an end, that character can no longer be played)? do you wish to have them move on to the next grade (was a sophomore last year and will be a junior this upcoming school year)? or will they remain in the same grade?

 we need you to give us your answer for each character. while we do want to make our players happy, we also want to encourage branching outside of who you and your character have found comfort in conversing with. that brings us to the subject of roommates. if both your character and your character’s roommate are staying in the same grade and you both wish for them to still be roommates, let us know and we will hook you up. however, if your character is going to go on to the next grade and your character’s roommate is staying in the same grade, they will not be able to be roommates. after this point, the roommate assignment will be done completely by random.

we understand that you some are busy and are on hiatus that is why we are giving you guys a week to give us your response. if you have not given us your response by the end of the week, we will have no choice but to assume that the character has moved on to the next grade. if we are wrong, you will be able to correct us and we’ll fix our mistakes. the school year won’t start until september so there is really no rush to get roommates all situated but it makes our job easier if we have all of the information in the requested time frame. 

we will be leaving reminders every day just to make sure everyone understand what we need. so from today until july 20th to get your message sent to us. we also will be sending out messages to those who have not given us their decision by the end of the week. the players exempt from this are the ones applied for a character after july 1st, said characters will remain in the grades they were listed in the applications (meaning any character accepted after july 1st will remain in the grade they were applied for).
