Framlingham, in Suffolk.  Super small, super unimpressive as far as places go.  As much as I love the beaches and the sun and everything, a tiny part of me actually misses the rain.  Not so much the wet cat smell, but can’t have one without the other, I suppose.  So how old is he?

Can't say I've heard of that place, to be honest. Country towns are adorable though and yeah, I agree. Sun is amazing but I kind of miss being able to curl up on the couch and watch Miranda because it's too cold to go outside. Harvey is about 18 months old now.

Hey, I am too.  But I guess that I’ve visited places with so much better beaches since I’ve left that I forgot how it was back home.  The Exchange probably spoiled me, a little bit.  But yeah, yeah, you should definitely go whenever you get the chance.  Maybe not here, because of the whole crocodile situation, but at some point.  Oh, ok, cool.  Doesn’t really matter how you got your son, honestly, just matters that you love the one you have.

Wait, never?  You never go to the beach?  A lot of the time on this trip we live in a house that’s always really close to the beach, so probably that might change sooner or later.  Your son?  No way, you don’t look old enough to be a mother, are you joking?

I'm originally from the UK so most of our beaches aren't that great and not to mention our lack of sun. I have been meaning to go to a beach and it's on my list of things to do on this trip. No I'm not joking. I have a son and it's a long story, all I have to say is that I wasn't the high school slut or anything along that.

The only way that I can see that not working is maybe if you go to the beach.  Because going in the water would almost definitely make the makeup run.  But otherwise, it sounds like a lifesaver.  Harvey…who’s Harvey?

That's a good point, I don't go to the beach but if that was to happen I'm sure you'd think of something. Harvey, oh he's my son.

That’s a thing?  I had no clue that existed, haven’t been keeping up much with makeup, since I usually don’t do much than hang around the house.  But now that I know, I feel like I should definitely try some.  Thanks; I’m Izzy, by the way.

Yeah it is and it's awesome. Saves heaps of time in the morning, especially during this. There's nothing wrong with hanging around the house, it's what I did for the last few months until Harvey was old enough to leave the house. You're welcome, and it's nice to meet you Izzy, I'm Micah.

Thanks.  It’s like this Exchange conspiracy, everywhere that we’ve gone has been so hot and the sun so boiling and it’s great for clothes and everything, but it’s so horrible for my skin.  And I hate sunblock so if I even remember to put it on, I count myself lucky.

I know. I've been moisturising non-stop from the moment this started. If you don't like sunblock then you could try foundation that has SPF in it. It feels better and is great for your skin.
