In Muay Thai, one of the most feared attacks is the Roundhouse Kick, especially if its well aimed to the Thigh. To defend these deadly kicks, a Muay Thai practicioner will often block a kick using their shin. This is called 'Checking' Here's a clip of some of the new attendees learning how to check a kick.
