I was wondering if you would do an imagine where Michael and the reader like each other but are too nervous to do anything about it and so one day the reader is watching the movie Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind(which is my favorite movie, and it happens to be Michael's as well) and Michael sees her watching it, starts watching it with her and a little cuddling and fluffy happens and maybe one of them actually makes a move? I know it's a hit detailed but I would love if you could do it!!
Title: Our Favorite MovieWord Count: 632 words (sorry its really short!)Your POVI was currently sprawled lazily on my queen sized bed, the mix of grey and white in the sheets complementing the mood I was currently feeling from watching this movie. It’s not any movie, actually. It’s my favorite movie, and as it turns out, Michael’s favorite as well.“Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind” was, is and always will be one of the best movies I’ll ever get to watch. It isn’t just about the setting of the movie that draws my attention, but the characters, plot, dialogue and legitimately everything is what makes the movie special. It will forever hold a special place in my heart.I’m about 30 minutes into the movie, when I suddenly received a text message from Michael, telling me he’s on his way to my house now.See, that’s the thing between me and Michael. We’re really close friends, and whenever he wants to come over, it isn’t weird at all. In fact, he’s basically like a part of my family already...Wait. Let’s not get to that...Okay, maybe I do like Michael. Just a little.Or maybe a bit more.Okay I really like Michael. I have a crush on him.But it isn’t my fault that I fell for him. He’s just so caring, funny, and basically all the positive things a person could possibly have. How can you not fall in love with him?Michael abruptly opens my bedroom door and jumps on my bed like it’s his own. He yawns as he lays down on the bed, closing his eyes.“Hey Y/N, what are you doing?” Michael asks with his eyes still closed.“Favorite movie. Right now,” I say, and Michael immediately sits up and gets comfortable with my pillow.“How far in are we already?” Michael asks.“Hm, like, 45 minutes probably,” I say, my eyes trained onto the screen.“Dammit, I should’ve arrived way earlier,” Michael grumbles, getting closer to me.I grab one of my pillows and hide my face into it, practically praying for Michael not to notice my burning cheeks due to our close proximity right now. “Y/N, what the hell are you doing?” Michael asks, albeit confused by my actions.“Nothing,” I say, the word muffled into the pillow.“What’d you say?” Michael asks, grabbing the pillow away from me.“Hey! That’s my pillow!” I scream as I raise both of my arms, in hopes of catching it but to no avail.“Catch me if you can- Ow!” Michael exclaims as his foot hits the edge of the bed, causing him to fall flat against his back onto the bed.“Serves you right for stealing!” I say, grabbing my pillow rightfully and sticking my tongue out at him.“Oh no you don’t,” Michael says, grabbing ahold of my wrist and pulling me downwards onto the bed.The laughing and jokes have stopped, and both me and Michael have wide eyes. Our faces are just a few inches away from each other, and I can practically feel his fresh minty breath on a part of my face. “Michael, I-” I don’t get to finish my sentence because Michael seals my lips with his own quickly.“Shit, sorry I-” This time, I was the one who kissed him. After the few couple kisses, Michael holds me close, and we’re basically cuddling now. He strokes my hair gently, and I sigh in contentment. “Have I ever told you that I, uh, like you?” Michael stutters, his cheeks getting red.“Now I know,” I reply back, my cheeks as red as his. “I, um, I’ve liked you for a long time now too.”“So, will you be my girlfriend?” Michael asks nervously.“Of course,” I answer him, a grin making its appearance on my face.
