“Sounds creepy that you’re a big fan, but hey you’re from New Orleans. Creepy is good there.” Flynn licked his lip and smirked. “In a facility? That’s interesting. What kind of a crazy one are you, darling?” He asked without a hint of a judgy or mean tone.

“The Craziest, but than who isn’t in this town” she laughs taking a sip of her drink.

Flynn order himself a scotch and her the gin and tonic. “About myself..” He mused. “That I’m good looking is quite obvious, I’m a warlock. Half Bennett, half Mikaelson… I like baseball better than football and could blow up ones head with just a snap. - Your turn.”

“Your a Mikaelson that’s interesting” she smirks “I know all about your family, specifically your aunt Rebekah, big fan.” she sips her drink “well I’m from New Orleans, it’s my favorite city in the world. No place like home. I spent two years in a facility you could say.”

“Indeed we do.” Vincent stated once again. “This town needs to be cleansed of all the evil creatures who inhabit in. Let us hope that others like ourselves will feel the same.”

She nods “the time will come and when it does I have a feeling we’re gonna win.”

With a grin on his lips, Vincent slowly nodded towards the blonde, pleased with her response to his request. “I appreciate your honesty. It will be nice knowing I have at least one person in this town that I might be able to rely on in a time of need. Us witches should stick together after all.”

She nods “I agree, with all these vampires and werewolf's walking among us, we need to stick together. Never know when your gonna need help.”

Flynn lead the way to one of the bars, but not the Grill and offered her to choose a free seat for them. “What’s your poison, Mia?”

She sits down beside him “gin and tonic please” she smiles “so Flynn tell me something about yourself.”

She shrugs “sweetheart, I’m sorry your not feeling too good, but you can’t just accuse someone of something with proof and you haven’t got any.”

She stares for a moment “you have it dear Vincent, but make no mistake, if I give my loyalty and you do something to betray or stop me, your not going to like the out come. But as it stands, in this moment, I am Loyal.”

“Yes, you can actually.” Jenny said once she came to a full stop. “No, I’m not.” Jenny couldn’t help but roll her eyes at the blonde catching on to her fake mockery and concern. “Ever since you bumped into me, I’ve been getting weak up to the point of having no power. What have you done to me?” 

“I have no clue what your talking about” she says acting confused “maybe if you explained everything a little more slowly, than I could help you.”

“She might not have been as vocal about it, but my mother did play a part in that little feud years ago.” Vincent replied with a smirk, happy to see that their little banter was dying down. “It’s a deal. Although, I feel like I should ask for more in return.”

She arches her brow “pray tell Vincent, what is it, that you’d like?”

“Possibly.” He answered vaguely leaning into her. “What do you do to keep yourself entertained here?”

“Magic, I have a secret Den, maybe I’ll show it to you one day.”

Over the last few days, Jenny felt weaker and she couldn’t put her finger down on it. Trying to do spells she had always failed in attempt and it always took so much out of her energy resulting in nose bleeds or the girl fainting. Now, there was nothing. She was but a mere human and she didn’t know how or why. Walking past the graveyard, she noticed blonde hair that looked of the girl who she had bumped into earlier in the week. “Hey!” Jenny called out, beginning to charge down. With each step she started putting the pieces together. “Yeah, you.” She pointed to her, anger clearly in her tone.

She’s almost impressed, almost that it didn’t take her longer to figure it out. “Can I help you?” she asks, turning to face the girl. In her arms, some firewood. “Are you alright?” she says faking concern.

“I suppose that will do” she smiles “lead the way.”

“That’s impressive, having the knowledge of old spells, but I’m afraid that they are still new. My mother, and her ancestors, made it a habit to collect grimores over the years as they found them. Many of them being several hundred years old. Like them, I have started collecting, and if you ask nicely I might let you see them.” He offered with a smile.

“Yes but was your mother one of the witches who tried to take down Klaus Mikaelson?” she says, with no real jealously in her voice. “Well than Vincent, can I pretty please see your ancestor’s grimores, and I’ll show you my mother’s anyway, maybe you’ll like what you see.”

The edges of his lips curved up from the familiar voice. “Mia.” He tilted his head towards her as a gesture. “I didn’t expect to see you around here. I wondered where you disappeared off to and for the record, we both know I don’t ignore you.”

She smiles back “yeah, I moved here a couple of months ago. Sorry for just disappearing, I had family drama” which wasn’t exactly a lie “you know how hard family can be at times? But I’m happy your here now. For the record I missed us hanging out.”
