SAO PAULO ETHANOL PUMP Biofuel is a type of fuel which energy is derived from biological carbon fixation. Biofuels include fuels derived from biomass conversion, as well as solid biomass, liquid fuels and various biogases. They are ethanol and biodiesel Biodiesel is very different from the ‘normal’ diesel many of us know. The diesel we’re used to is produced by refining petroleum (also known as ‘crude oil’). Crude oil, which is classified as a ‘fossil fuel’ or ‘non-renewable fuel’ can only be found deep beneath the earth’s surface, from where it is recovered and refined into several products, including petrol (gasoline), kerosene, and diesel. Biodiesel is not in any way related to, or made from crude oil. Unlike ordinary diesel, biodiesel is a renewable and clean-burning type of diesel that is made from vegetable oils. Yes, vegetable oils! It can be made from most types of vegetable oils including soybean oil, canola oil, palm oil and most other popular oils. https://www.instagram.com/p/BuB7vl5gD2F/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=b02dvb7dz02s

“If we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change. As a man changes his own nature, so does the attitude of the world change towards him. ... We need not wait to see what others do.” https://www.instagram.com/p/Bth8PrUHRXV/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=m39q4o2ynqup
Oil and Gas Pipelines exist for the transport of crude and refined petroleum, fuels – such as oil, natural gas and biofuels. 75% of all the world's pipelines are in the US, russia and Canada. Pipelines are generally in two categories, dedicated; meaning they transport product forever one company or general meaning they transport products for all companies based on a schedule. In Kenya the pipeline system is general meaning all products sold in the market are transported by the same pipelines which are operated and maintained by kenya Pipeline company KPC. #ceothoughts #Transpillar https://www.instagram.com/p/Bta6uTzALaV/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1v6fn6efj8gxa

Success Always Starts With Failure Failure has one major advantage: It helps humans get over their ego and realize the mistakes in their approach. It helps them take a step back and re-strategize so that they come back stronger and smarter. Furthermore, failure gives people the right perspective of success. You should never think of failure as a definition of your abilities. It is very easy to wallow in defeat and throw in the towel after failing. However, a person who wants to succeed has to realize that failure is not fatal. People should treat failure as a teacher and not an undertaker. Anyone who realizes this will not give up easily and kill their dreams simply because things did not work out the first time. This teaches perseverance and discipline, as it helps you to remember how big and important your goal is, and why you should stick to it. Successful people take action as soon as they can, even if it may lead to failure. They are not afraid of practicing or experimenting until they get the right work product. This is the secret that successful people apply in their lives everyday. They take action, even when there is the possibility that their product will not be perfect. They fail forward by learning from their mistakes, experimenting and looking for new approaches. Because of their attitude towards failure, they become even greater successes. Successful people know that failure is a stepping stone on their way to success. They analyze their mistakes and learn from them in order to succeed. To do this, it may be important to remove emotions from the equation. One of the reasons why failure can be so debilitating is the pain that comes with it. However, successful people forget whether they are ahead or behind, and simply learn from what they are doing and how to proceed from where they are. They use mistakes as lessons that point them towards the right path. To succeed, it is important to adapt a different attitude towards failure. You need to master your failure, instead of being mastered by it. This is the only way to move beyond your failure to achieve great things in life. Always remember, never give up #ChrisDiaz #ceothoughts https://www.instagram.com/p/Bp3XeHmge5r/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1glxl410kr38z
What makes a company great and successful? So many questions and even more answers hover upon this. Being at the the helm of a start up for a year now, I'm beginning to get some answers to this question. Is it the idea behind the company? Is it the team whose collective efforts drive the company's vision? Is it the timing, which is so perfectly crafted? Is the investor funding which is pumped into the company to propel it to the next level? I believe it is all the above and much more, the question now is, "In which order of importance?" #Transpillar #ceothoughts https://www.instagram.com/p/BphLi4Qhw2N/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1mjy520hja0nt
Have you ever been in a place where you want to fuel your petrol car and cannot spot your usual petrol station brand? Well the next best option is to check for Boda Bodas; the modern motorcycle is more sensitive to adulterated fuel than a normal car, wherever they go you can be almost certain to get clean fuel ⛽. #Transpillar
With the whole fiasco going on about fuel adulteration in Kenya, how to increase the price of Kero to match diesel, how to reduce the use of kerosene among households; the obvious importance of kerosene is being forgotten. Kerosene also known as paraffin or Kero is a flammable liquid which is used in many industries and homes around the world as a fuel for light, heat and power. Kerosene is produced by separating the compounds which make up crude oil. This process is known as ‘fractional distillation’ and leaves a clear and thin oil which is roughly 0.81 g/cm³ Kerosene’s uses vary dramatically from fuel for oil lamps Cleaning agents, Jet fuel Heating oil Fuel for cooking. Kerosene has withstood the test of time and I believe will be with us for a long period to come. #Transpillar #OilandGas
“Tetraethyl lead” was used in early model cars to help reduce engine knocking, boost octane ratings, and help with wear and tear on valve seats within the motor. Due to concerns over air pollution and health risks, this type of gas was slowly phased out starting in the late 1970’s and banned altogether in all on-road vehicles in the U.S. in 1995.
Acquiring a customer is highly commendable, getting a repeat customer is excellence #Transpillar #ceothoughts
Kerosene and biomass(charcoal and firewood) still take up a big percent of the energy stack in households fuel demand especially in rural areas. It is worth noting that countries with high LPG consumption especially in rural areas like Senegal and Ghana have benefited from strong policy intervention by the government including direct subsidy. Others like South Africa have passed strong legislation that promote an environment that eases access and distribution. If LPG penetration is to reach 70% by 2030 the government of Kenya needs to first understand that the biggest hindrance to LPG uptake is cost. Such policy frameworks as capping prices of LPG, enforcing unified valves on cylinders and subsidising cost of cylinder acquisition would go a long way to promote adaptation, acceptance and usage of LPG in rural economies. #Transpillar #Gas #OilandGas #OilIndustry
