What pisses me off the most about there being early access content for paralives is the fact that it’s an INDIE GAME. it’s not a multi million dollar company like EA. It’s an early access indie game and some of you are so fucking greedy for cash that you wanna profit off of it? We already have to deal with this shit in the sims like the community is fucking infested with it and now you wanna do this to paralives when they literally told us that we’d always be getting updates for free???? Loser behaviour. You’re a loser
Heres the link for everyone that wants the TS3 camera mod!
Dont support the sick and greedy, yall. They're making hundreds of thousands on paywalls.
if you are already paywalling mods for paralives you are greedy as fuck

not me making them live out the classis dead mom ranch storyline
Hobbies are Hobbies for a reason
I'm not saying cc creators can't/shouldn't make money from their services/content. They put in hours of effort for us to enjoy and I never want to undersell just how much I appreciate that effort and how much it has improved my game and life.
BUT
Hobbies are hobbies, Passion is passion. When we monetize everything, we lose the social contracts that once ruled fan communities. "Be thankful for the gift and move on your way." If paid for, CC is no longer a nice addition to the game, it is a product. Now people have the right to complain, to report, to accuse and to demand a certain quality. Creators are no longer internet acquaintances who are creating because they love it, because they have a idea they can't escape or as a favor, they are a part of a million dollar business. No amount of good will that these creators have generated over years of fandom activity can obscure the monster they are covering for. EA see's how little people buy kits, how we say "why would I buy this if I could download CC for free?" and they are using our community members against us. They saw all of us subscribe to patreons and throw a few bucks at a Kofi and were jealous, they want our time, passion and money. They promise exposure and increased downloads, but slip in the 70% fee and total reputation ruin. And remember, they could have made this marketplace free, that's was what Curseforge was meant to be wasn't it? A place for console players to find CC and for everyone to feel confident in the safety of the downloads.
But now I'm wondering if It was all a ploy.
Convincing us that downloading CC was dangerous, when I've only seen 3 instances of malicious content in the 10 years I've been downloading and participating. Manipulating players to distrust peer to peer creation and downloading, telling them that only EA can make sure our CC is safe. Now even curseforge is too "risky" the only place you can trust is EA's own marketplace.
Stay the fuck away from the EA marketplace, stay away from the Saudi's, and let this shitty endeavor die with all the creators who signed on to it.

Weights-check animation
Hello! A little dedication to the CC creators of the community 💕
Today’s DL is a strange, bendy series of animations designed to test weight-painting! Every time I finish a piece of CC, I wonder if the item moves well with the sim body, and what if the sim bends over, or twists to the side, or raises their arms? So these poses are not meant to look pretty, but rather to make sure your sim can do gardening, yoga etc. in the item you’ve made or downloaded.
Quality-check Custom Content weight-painting (if the clothing, hair etc. correctly follows the sim’s movements)
Click the trait “Active” to use/view
CAS only
Will conflict with any poses/animations that override the Active trait
PS: This is kind of “bonus content”, so you can still expect the first May CC to drop soooon 💕 (hoping for tomorrow or Tuesday)
PS again: I know this is easily done in Blender, I just always test in game anyways 🙈
I hope someone will find this useful!! (⁀ᗢ⁀)
