Ode to Daisy
Delicate, unbridled you,
Risen from within a tor,
Standing there, in your cynefin,
So naturally… you.
And you look up to the sky,
Your arms full of blossoms-
A poetic state of mind…
You’re chanting something,
Words barely above a murmur,
But I can almost see the verses,
Reeving
At the edge your sensitivity…
And I once again find myself enamoured
With the idea of you, sweet Daisy flower,
Named after the daintiest of blooms.
