Techno Babble

OMG, FFS, LOL (not), PMSL!!! How about STEISA (Stop Turning Everything Into Stupid Acronyms.

Sorry, I know there’s no-one out there that gives a shit about this blog but I just needed somewhere to vent!

The internet, technology, formatting SD cards etc. etc... Yes, i know it could be the greatest thing that mankind ever invented blah blah blah - but it’s not is it? I mean, let’s be honest, MOST people just use it to either stalk their friends & associates, troll, or look up stuff that they don’t really understand - and even then you end up in a quagmire of bollocks, scaremongering and false claims; Cheese on Toast probably gives you cancer according to someone on the interpleb!

Arggggh! It’s just so annoyingly necessary these days - this rant came about because I’ve just spent hours trying to ‘reformat’ an SD Card so that i can begin learning how to use a Multi-track Recorder to record my songs with... whilst under my desk is a dusty old 4 track cassette recorder that you just plonk a tape into and press record and play. Yes, I know I should either learn how to use the new technology or keep using the old stuff but I can’t help thinking why? Why does it have to be this bloody complicated? 

Answers to that on a postcard please - you remember those things don’t you ... POSTCARDS - lovely things you can hold in you hands, never loose and make you realise someone somewhere can actually be bothered to buy a card, write on it, and make a trip to a postbox for you!!
