The war forced us to flee many times, and when we finally tried to return, we found our home reduced to rubble 🏚️. Along with our house, we lost our sense of security and stability.

Today, we struggle to meet our basic needs. My baby sister Nouna 👶🏻, only 6 months old, needs milk, diapers, and clothes, while little Naboula 🍫 dreams of a simple piece of chocolate that I often cannot afford.

This gonna be a small rant. But I’m getting annoyed whenever I post something I get a bot asking if I’m available for commission and that I have to dm them like buddy. I got nothing to sell ya. And also what’s it with another bot following up with a “Hey I have something important to tell you, it’s about your account. But I can’t dm you. Can you dm me instead?” Hell no. I’m sick of these bots.

I’m still holding on to my dream of continuing my education, and at the same time trying to be strong for my family… but the truth is, it’s getting harder.

Eye Anatomy Studies

Hello back again with some eye studies!!!

Eye study again. I need to go back to fundamentals especially anatomy. I realised while doing the style studies I have no idea how eyes are formed and decided to focus on eye anatomy this time so I can better understand how eyes are simplified when studying artists style when drawing eyes.

I DID IT!!! I FINISHED IT!!!

So far I’ve learned that the values (aka shading or shadows) is easier to do in shapes and that the lighting and shadows fall in a gradient kind of way some area is will have darker shadows and some areas with have lighter light. It took long but I managed to pull through and finish something hehehee.

This time I’m doing a study but I’m putting all that I have learned into an illustration. Pretty fun.
