Though if truly honest... I believe the idea of demons stems from the fears we have, the voices that tell us we must take because we fear we cannot have, coming from the root, sacral centers...fear, guilt, regret screaming in the back of our minds, infecting our thoughts until the ego becomes but a fallen sun, sinking from the solar plexus deep into lower realms of mental hell. But if one realizes you are the observer of these thoughts, not the source, with enough quiet self-reflection, enough practice, you may clear away, release all those "demons" from your thoughts, your feelings, your ego may die on the cross of love in the heart center, so that it may rise as a Christ, Krishna, Buddah, seeing through a new 3rd eye of perspective, connected by the crown to source, realizing one can live from love, rather than fear.
