"I’m sure we can find one just fine. They cater to tourists all the time here." She smiled. “Why don’t we ask that handsome young man over there?" Cordy pointed at a man dressed nicely behind a counter that stated information clearly on the sign. She was sure they probably both would have missed it had not the guy been so attractive to Cordy. They had been on a long flight and were tired.

"Let’s go ask him and see what Nigeria has to offer our weary selves." She gigged.

Madison eyed the guy, then groaned. Of course, he had to be 'handsome.' Grabbing Cordelia by the back of her shirt, she pulled her back and pointed towards a small area of seats.

"You sit and wait. I will ask the guy. If I let you go over there, you'll scare him away." She snorted. "Sit and stay."

She grinned, pride in her voice even as she continued holding the arm that had fired out in front of her.

"Haha! Evildoer, prepare to face—! La Tigresa!" the Hispanic girl exclaimed loudly. Tigresa then yanked backwards on the chain, hopefully pulling him off balance and away from the register. Were he to stumble backwards, she planned on stepping to the side and kicking him in the back of the knees to bring him down.

The man grunted and stumbled, falling when he felt a small foot kick him in the back of the knees. When he crashed to the floor, she rolled and squirmed, trying to pry the chains off.

Madison, on the other hand, had ducked behind the counter and covered her head.

"Do you really think you could eat more burgers than I ever have…?"

"I’ll let you in on a little secret, Madison. I am the burger queen…you can ask anyone here! Or if you ever meet Phoenix Wright, ask him and he’ll tell you! I bet I can eat more burgers than you can!"

"…Your brother used to call you a vacuum? …So he’s pretty much saying that you suck burgers into your mouth like a vacuum sucks up dirt…right?"

"Burger Queen? Pffft!" She leaned back in her seat and blew a raspberry away from the girl. Madison was only teasing, of course. She never meant to offend the girl, and she hoped she understood that it was all in fun.

"Ah, actually..." She lowered her head a bit, "It more more just 'cause I sucked any food in and hardly chewed. I choked a lot as a kid..."

"Relax, ok?" She was trying to convince herself as much as Madison at that moment. He might not be on the flight, but that didn’t mean he wouldn’t be waiting for them at their destination.

The flight wasn’t the most thrilling. After the layover in Atlanta they made it to Nigeria. Cordy expected it to be hot, so she was glad they were appropriately dressed. As they made their way to the baggage claim, she asked, “So, hotel?"

Madison stopped in mid-step, "Right, hotel. I forgot about that. Ah... Uhm..."

She tapped her chin and looked around, then let her eyes rest on the woman.

"...How do we ask for help around here?" She gave a sheepish grin and scratched the back of her head, "Maybe there;'s a kiosk or something...?"

Cordy kept herself on guard as well. After they had settled into their seats on the plane, she accepted the book from Madison. It was a novel she hadn’t read yet. She was glad to be able to relax somewhat due to the length of the flight. However, she had checked the other passengers on the plane before sitting down. She just wanted to make sure.

"I think we are safe on this flight. I hope." She was a little happier because she had gotten the window seat this time.

"You sure?" She eyed Cordelia's face, then relaxed into her seat. Her friend wouldn't lie to her, but she couldn't get rid of the itch in the back of her mind.

Thanks to the long flight, Madison found herself dozing several times, though she took a moment to read or fiddle with her phone between naps.

Yeaah, alright. There was definitely something going on here. If it wasn’t a robbery, at least there was something up about the reason why Madison had opened her cash register without the guy holding any flowers. For a split second, Manny debated her options. She could, a, go out of her way to stop a potential minor crime, or, b, leave them both alone—as the crime wasn’t related to her at all, and it wasn’t like he was bothering her any.

Usually she would have leaned closer to picking B. Today however, as a one-time-special, she picked option A. Trying to impress Madison and make her dad happy? Nooo, what kinds of reasons were those? Manny spun her belt buckle and transformed into her superpowered self with a roar and flash of green light. Immediately after she transformed, she fired one of her hands out at the guy, attempting to wrap the chains around him and trap his arms and torso to his chest.

Was that... hesitation? Madison felt seat forming on her forehead, a flinch escaping her when the man shouted.

"Give me the-- huh?" The hooded man gasped and looked down, stumbling when the chains tightened around him. "Let me go!"

Cordy just ignored the ‘nos’. She had her mind set. She couldn’t help but giggled at Madison’s persistence though.

Getting her own bags out of the taxi, Cordy joined her best friend on the curb. She watched Madison scan the area and picked up on her vibes. “I am sure he is not here." She kept her voice low because she wasn’t exactly sure herself. “Let’s get to the gate. Well, after we check these." She motioned to their bags.

"Can't be too sure..." She didn't want to come off as paranoid, but she could have sworn that she had seen the man in three different outfits in the last few minutes alone.

Sighing, she nodded and followed Cordelia into the airport. They checked their bags and did the usual airport... things. Knowing the flight was going to take longer this time, Madison handed a book over to Cordelia.

"Dunno if you're gonna like it, but we're gonna be in the air for a while."

Being unceremoniously pushed into the cab, Cordy took a moment to right herself in the seat. She decided to remain silent on the whole journal and Africa bit while they rode to the airport. After all, now that there might be people on their tail, they needed to only speak privately or quietly about the events they had discovered.

Madison didn't doubt that the taxi driver was innocent, but she remained just as quiet as Cordelia -- though, every once and a while she whispered 'no' to her.

When the taxi dropped them off at the airport, Madison got out and grabbed her bag. As large as the place was, she still felt the urge to look around and make sure that the suited man from before hadn't found them.
