My other rp acc ^^
Mikael hears a knocking at his dorm's door.
"Hey, Mikael! Are ya ready for the Halloween party?"
@luke-the-loogie
Mikael opened the door, revealing his costume, it was pretty accurate to the real Deathstroke except for some changes.
“Yeah, I am.”
"Wooah, ya look awesome!" Luke grined at Mikael.
Luke had chosen to go as The Riddler. His costume was pretty accurate too, apart from the cane which looked like he'd bought it from a cheap Halloween store.
“Thank you, Riddler.” Mikael put pressure on the name, almost sarcastic but charming.
He moved himself out of the dorm, closing the window and keeping the key, before glimpsing up and down at Luke, taking in the capabilities of his powers.
“Shapeshifting I’m guessing?”
Luke nodded, still grinning.
"You betcha! I woulda done the cane too but then I'd have to hold it all night. So dollar store cane it is!"
Luke adjusted his tie. He couldn't stop grinning like an idiot.
"Should we go now?"
“Absolutely.”
Mikael started walking, keeping the same pace as Luke, he was smiling lightly even if it wasn’t visible due to the mask.
Luke walks beside Mikael, buzzing with excitement.
"Did ya make yer costume yerself? It doesn't look store-bought."
Mikael scratched the back of his neck, where his hair met his skin, as if thinking.
“Uhm, yeah, none of the stores had good looking Deathstroke costumes, they all looked a bit idiotic.”
Mikael glimpsed down at his own costume, stopped scratching the back of his neck to gesture with his hands at his figure.
“And at least I can make some cool details and change a few things.”
His costume was slightly more simple than what Deathstroke wears.
"It looks so good! I couldn't've made my own costume. I dunno anythin' about sewing. I would never have guessed ya could do that!"
As the two got closer to where the Halloween party was being held, Luke built up the courage to ask Mikael something.
"Hey, Mikael? Do ya wanna hold hands? We don't have to if ya don't wanna, it's just I've seen people who are datin' do that, and I kinda wanna..."
“Huh? Oh, yeah sure.”
Mikael quickly took Luke’s hand, intertwining their fingers together, he squeezed Luke’s hand against his, Mikael’s skin was cold and rough compared to the other.
“Is that okay?”
Luke was not expecting Mikael to squeeze his hand, and he looked away before Mikael could see his blush or the fact his mask was returning to his skin colour.
"Yeah, that's good. That feels nice."
Mikael chuckled lightly underneath his mask, he got closer to Luke, their shoulders nearly touching.
“It does.”
He admitted and looked away from Luke’s direction, adjusting his mask so that he was sure Luke couldn’t see his face.
Once they arrived at the door to the gymnasium Mikael opened it, revealing the crowd of people already there and the lights flashing different colours of greens, purples, blues and reds.
"Come on!"
Luke dragged Mikael into the gymnasium and into the throng.
"What do ya wanna do first? Dance? Eat some candy? Ooh, I hope they put fake eyeballs in the punch! It made some girl scream last year, it was so funny!"
Mikael turned his head around to examine the whole place before deciding on what to do.
“We can eat candy first? I’ve never had candy before actually.”
He admitted while screaming because the songs that were playing were loud, a lot of things were loud, but he tried not to get that in the way.
Luke's eyes widened.
"What!?!? You've never had candy before? Come on, you gotta try some!"
He dragged Mikael over to a table covered in candy and Halloween-themed foods and drinks.
"We've got chocolate, candy corn - ooh, jelly shaped like a brain! There's a bunch of stuff! Anything here take yer fancy?" He yelled over the music.
Mikael chuckled at how excited Luke seemed to be about all the candy. He looked over the whole table, he really didn’t know what any of those were.
“What’s that?” Mikael picked up a candy covered in like a sugar type molecule, it had a sort of smile to it.
"That's a sour head! They're pretty good! I love sour candy. You should so try it!"
Luke picked up a sour head himself.
"Wanna eat 'em at the same time?"
Mikael nodded as he took off his mask, he waited till Luke put the sour head in his mouth and he followed suit.
He regretted it, he felt his eyes water, his mouth was tingly, his neck muscle’s tensed.
“Oh-fuck-“
It was obvious how he was struggling to eat it, and he was looking at Luke a bit “mad”
Luke was enjoying the sour head, his mouth puckering. He saw Mikael struggling and laughed, which turned into coughing as some of the sour saliva went down the wrong way.
"Not yer kinda candy?"
Mikael shook his head aggressively at Luke, and then swallowed the candy which was hard to, his mouth was still reacting to the leftover sour which was uncomfortable.
“I’m never trying those again.”
He grudged, wiping his mouth as he felt some saliva across the corner on his that got out while he was eating that sour head.
"Gotta say, ya picked the worst sour candy to start with. That one's pretty sour!"
Luke scanned the table before picking up a few hard sweets wrapped in cellophane.
"Here, try a jolly rancher. Pretty sure this one of the non-sour ones. I love the blue raspberry flavour, try one!"
Mikael took it, then put it in his mouth, not knowing you need to suck on hard candy to actually appreciate it he immediately started to chew.
“These are pretty hard.”
He mouthed between chews, before then swallowing.
“I liked it, though I can feel some still stuck in my teeth.”
Luke laughed.
"That happens when ya chew hard candy. Yer supposed to suck it! Makes it last longer and saves ya teeth from breakin'. Do ya wanna try another one or somethin' else?"
“Hmmm something else.”
Mikael took one of the red ropes candy, it was red and had a white filling inside, he put it in his mouth, leaving most of it sticking out.
“Want to share?”
He sounded out, directing to the candy he was holding onto with his teeth.
Luke felt his face grow warm. He fought to keep his skin his normal colour, but it wasn't working.
"Share? Like, with the one yer eatin' right now? Are ya sure? I could just grab another... unless ya wanna share?" He said, flustered.
Mikael took a bite and started to chew, he held the rest with his fingers.
“If I didn’t wanna share i wouldn’t have proposed.”
He guided the candy closer to Luke’s face-specifically mouth - as if insisting he was okey ok sharing.
“Sharing is caring right?”
"Haha, yeah, sharing is caring..."
Luke internally sighed in relief. He had been worried Mikael wanted to eat the candy like Lady and the Tramp did with the spaghetti. Luke liked Mikael, sure, but he wasn't sure he was ready for a kiss just yet. And there was someone else he had a stronger urge to kiss... but he was with Mikael now. That didn't matter.
Luke leaned towards the candy and took it in his mouth, taking a bite and grinning at Mikael.
"Ya like this stuff?" He asked with the candy in his mouth.
Mikael swallowed the candy, still tasting it in his mouth
“Yeah, It’s quite nice.”
He looked around for a bit, staring at the people and mostly a door that led outside, the exit etc…then back at Luke to give him a smile.
“Hey can you do something for me?”
Luke nodded, swallowing the candy and grabbing a KitKat off the table.
"Yeah sure! Whaddaya need me to do?"
He unwrapped the kitkat and broke it in half, holding out one piece to Mikael.
"Kitkat?"
Mikael took it, looking at it and the inside biscuit before continuing.
“Can you shapeshift into me until I come back?”
He questioned as he started to eat the Kit Kat, he had a slight ability to do puppy eyes and he cooed his head to the side, his smile soft as he waited for Luke to answer.
Luke glanced around, making sure no one was nearby, but it was pretty hard to hear over the loud music.
"Yeah, I can do that! I might need some pics of ya to make sure I get everythin' right." He paused. "Wait, you're goin' somewhere? Where are ya goin'? Will ya be gone long?"
“Only for an hour or so.”
Mikael answered, avoiding the other questions Luke had asked, he didn’t have time to answer them anyways, he had to make his move.
“I’ll tell you about it later, here you can have the mask so that you don’t have to get my whole face.”
He handed him the mask, grinning at Luke to make he seemed confident about this.
Luke took the mask, feeling his heart drop. He'd been hoping to have fun and spend some time getting to know Mikael better.
"Wait, now? Yer goin' now? What about the party?"
“I’ll be back, it won’t take long.”
Mikael started to move, he took Luke’s cheek and caressed it before quickly kissing Luke’s other cheek and disappearing into the crowd, making his way to one of the exit doors.
Mikael hears a knocking at his dorm's door.

Mikael hears a knocking at his dorm's door.
"Hey, Mikael! Are ya ready for the Halloween party?"
@luke-the-loogie

Mikael hears a knocking at his dorm's door.
"Hey, Mikael! Are ya ready for the Halloween party?"
@luke-the-loogie
