Oikawa Tooru:
calls you any time any place and is simply shameless
“your prince charming is free to talk now, my lovely (y/n)-chan! so what are you- oh excuse me, can i get a receipt with that please?”
“...tooru are you in front of a cashier?”
“maybe~”
gets you these ugly matching phone stickers and smiles when he sees you’ve put them on but also brags about it to iwa-chan like a dork
definitely hangs up the phone with a “muah” but never likes to be the one who hangs up because he loves talking to you!!
common voicemail: “(Y/N)-CHAN COME SAVE ME IWA-CHAN’S COMING TO GET ME W A VOLLEYBA-”

Miya Atsumu:
gets osamu on the phone to “test you” to make sure you know his real voice and when you pretend to not realize he whinesssss and it is a bit cute
likes to call you after practice on speaker phone and will tell you only after you say something super embarrassing to the whole team
has his phone on 5% battery all the time so he’s curled up next to his 1/2 inch long charger cable just to talk to you
and loves calling you really late at night because he thinks its cute when you fall asleep over the phone
atsumu has pretty keen ears and he usually doesnt mind what you’re doing except:
“’m alright with you hanging out with others without me but- is that kita’s voice?! ARE YOU HANGING OUT WITH KITA?! (Y/N) I WANNA HANG OUT WITH KITA TOO TELL HIM I’M COMING”
Kozume Kenma:
allergic to “(insert other person’s name) is here! wanna talk to them?” and will hang up the phone without telling you first
and always sounds super clear bc he’s using his streaming mic to talk to you
but he is a great listener! and loves to hear you talk about whatever you want while he does his own thing and asks the right questions at the right times
kenma never misses your calls but when its his turn to call you its at 3 AM and he doesnt really have a reason to call, he just wants to hear your voice
unfortunately he will leave when its convenient for him: “im hanging up i got a notification that my dragons are done breeding”
Kageyama Tobio:
never quite got the hang of calls so the start of your phone calls are always like this: “hello? hELLO (Y/N)? I CAN’T HEAR YOU! HELLO?”
but once he actually gets the phone working his voice is super smooth
it doesnt matter how long youve been together, phone calls with you still fluster him about bc your voice is so close to his ears
if you ask him about volleyball or something he’s interested in you’ll be stuck on the phone for min. 3 hours but you forgive him bc he sounds so sparkly the whole time
always forgets to hang up but in the best way:
“who’re you talking to kageyama? you’re blushing!! everyone kageyama’s blushing!”
“nO I’M NOT I’M- JDLSJ I HAVEN’T HUNG UP UHHH BYE (Y/N)”
Sugawara Koushi:
definitely has a special ringtone set for you but dont get it twisted its not something cute or romantic its probably set to wap 😒
suga always answers your calls but when you’re out together he never checks his phone even if its ringing off the walls?
you: do you need to get that?
*suga looking at 7 missed calls and 13 unread texts and hanging up*: no :)
calls you at the start of the day when you’re still half asleep because something about it makes his heart feel warm
winks through the phone expects you to know that he winked??
prone to letting other people answer his phone so you’re like “hey babe! i missed you so much and i can’t wait to see you”
My sleep cycles are feeling very attacked right now😔 Let them be they don't deserve this cruelty😤 Plus I need to go into hibernation soon, there's a bunch of snow where I'm at. So the more tired I am the longer it will last😌 - 🍬 anon
