This is something that makes my blood boil! Lara Croft is an amazing icon and inspiration for all boys and girls around the world. She is sexy for who she is and how she deals and how she fights. She doesn’t need to show you any skin to prove that. And I am happy that Square Enix wouldn’t go so low to make her look like an idiot in the jungle to rise up your morning tent for you!

The only reason that the 90′s original Lara had so little clothing on was to get male gamers interested in the game, because the easiest way to get mans attention is to show some bare skin. The producers were unsure of the games success for the male audience because the main character was a woman. The little clothing has already served it’s purpose and brought more of Lara to us. We live in the 20th century and since the strong female characters are here to stay and are no longer new to the gaming community, this kind of objective thinking is no longer needed. And its time that the games women wore clothing like the rest of us!
