Tonight we feast. It's our cheat day and we are also celebrating our anniversary as a copule. We feel a li'l bit guilty though but we will make sure to loss these extra calories next week. ๐๐๐ช

Tried egg soufflรฉ for the 1st time.. Not perfect with a little burnt and not fluffy at all, but it tasted good though..๐๐๐ And we'll definitely try it again tommorow.. ๐๐ช๐

It's been a month now. No significant physical changes but we are having a lot of energy everday compare to our old eating habbits. So we will keep pushing. Together we are stronger.
