So those raider medic reader fics got me thinking that with a reader who so use to patching Jabber and how he acts when getting taken care of.
Imagine when reader is called in because someone is injured reader thinks it probably Jabber again but this time it ends up that Zodyl was the injured one and for the first time medic reader has to take care of their own boss. ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
-🎰
ok i wasn’t sure if this req was romantic or platonic because zodyl x reader… you don’t see that too often 👀👀👀 i tried to make it vagueish ? uhh once again i am an anime watcher so… dunno much about zodyl.
unfamiliar 🌀
zodyl typhon x raider’s medic gn reader
-can be platonic or romantic! i had very little to work with as an anime only 😭🙏
When the door to your room opens, of course, you let out a sigh and roll your shoulders. You can only imagine who this is.
Turning around in your chair, you start, “Oh, Jab—“
You stop dead and snap your jaw closed to prevent any more sounds from exiting you.
Because… oh. It’s not Jabber, not at all.
It’s Zodyl who stands there at the doorway.
He silently walks in, and your mind goes blank for a fleeting moment. Then you remember; you’re the medic. Right. Get to work.
You’ve never treated your own boss before—quite frankly, he had a gloomy aura around him at all times. You felt like he’d straight up murder you if you messed up… which shook you a little just thinking about it.
Unfortunately, your palms are already sweaty.
It’s not all out of fear, though—it’s something about the way his eyes intensely follow you as you wipe the scratches on his face right below his birthmarks, on the cheekbone. Pressure? Maybe.
The room is quiet and suffocating save for the occasional clanking of your supplies or Zodyl’s sharp intakes of breath. It’s subtle, but there. Almost as if to convince you he’s still human (and not some terrifying entity you’ve made him up to be in your head).
“Does anything hurt bad?” You say, and wince when you hear it come out from your mouth. It sounded… too casual. Like he wasn’t your boss and instead (this is only a vague example, you convince yourself) a poison-wielding, batshit crazy coworker.
Zodyl purses his lips, letting a pause fill the air before answering, “…No.”
Your lips stretch halfway into a grin before you decide against it, it would be too light—but taking it back at this point seems rude, and so you’re left with an awkward tilt to your mouth. “Alright, boss.”
The time passes slowly, dripping like water from a faucet as you pat his torso down for any major injuries. It’s nothing like taking care of Jabber, that man’s never this quiet or compliant. You figure that Zodyl tends to undermine his state unlike Jabber, and even though he’s actually quite strong, you’re still the medic—and so you feel a strange determination as you work.
He seems to notice. How he does, you don’t know. It must’ve shown on your face, or your movements, whatever it is.
But he lets out a small exhale, with something like fondness in the very depths of his dark irises—you think you must be imagining it.
“No problems?” You ask him once you’re finished, pulling back and watching him do the slightest lift of his arms experimentally.
“This is fine.” Then, he adds, marginally softer; “Much obliged.”
You’re just doing your job, really. But—
It’s like he’s read your mind again, because Zodyl rises from the chair and murmurs: “You worry too much.”
“Eh?” Your hands trip over nothing, unfamiliar and uncomfortable. “I was- I was just doing my job.” The anxiety’s turned into embarrassment, and it doesn’t help that heat crawls up your neck.
“I know.”
Of course he does.
He stalks towards the exit, and the heavy aura in the room starts to leave along with him.
“Get some rest,” He says as he walks out, though you think you’ve surely misheard—
You find yourself feeling unusually giddy nonetheless.
Maybe he’s a bit different than you thought him to be.

I love your jabber fics and I probably have already said this but genuinely makes my day
Thank you for your service
ᴀɴᴅ ᴍᴀʏʙᴇ ʏᴏᴜ ᴄᴏᴜʟᴅ ғᴇᴇᴅ ᴜs ᴍᴏʀᴇ ᴊᴀʙʙᴇʀ ғʟᴜғғ? 🥹 ONLY IF YOU WANNA AND IF YOUR REQUEST ARE OPEN THO!! absolutely no pressure If you don't wanna do it!

legitimately cheered. ur so sweet tysm ☹️❤️🩹 the people want jabber? ofc ofc!!!! this is sorta short… *and it’s not medic reader! oops
in fields of rosy sin 🦂
jabber wonger x gn reader
-tried headcanon format, lowkey spicy at the end MY BADDD, reader can be cleaner or really anything tbh
Your enemy Jabber who you can’t stop running into. You fought him—one time!—and he’s been crazy over you ever since. Going outside for a walk? Eight out of ten times he’ll be there.
Your enemy Jabber who you want absolutely nothing to do with. But he runs up beside you as you walk down the road, talking about whatever. You’re only half-listening—you’ve learned that nothing will make him go away—but he still keeps blabbering on.
“Yeah, and my boss keeps telling me to just give up on you! I was like, what’chu even know about them? You know?”
“You wanna fight? Like right now? I think we should.”
“Oh, and that time you nearly hit me in the balls—damn, that would’ve been real tragic.”
Your enemy Jabber who wants to have another battle with you so goddamn bad. He’s a sucker for power, and he feels that you’ve got it in you. He daydreams about you fracturing a bone of his or two—maybe pinning him on the ground with force, even. Man, simply the thought of it gets him excited.
Your enemy Jabber who finally gets you to fight him because he says he’ll stop bothering you if you do.
“Jus’ one time, yeah? Doesn’t have to be a fight to the death.”
Your enemy Jabber who doesn’t even bother to stretch before your battle, because he’s that eager.
Your enemy Jabber who has a manic smile on his face that seems to never fade even a little bit. You can hit him, hurt him, nearly immobilize him—it only gets wider.
Your enemy Jabber who manages to pin you down, Mankira digging into your shoulder. He leans down, so close that you can feel his breath on your face.
“You’re fun to play with,” He whispers, and he doesn’t even hesitate when he opens his mouth to stick out his tongue.
At first, you’re clueless, just trying to push him off you. But, with all his injuries, blood starts to trickle down his tongue, and he’s got you firmly restrained.
He’s a fucking perv, is your first thought, as his blood drips onto your lips—as if begging for entry.
When Jabber’s free hand squeezes your neck ever so slightly, enough to choke you a little—you can’t help but gasp for air, and a drop of his blood dribbles down the back of your throat.
He swallows, pupils blown out like crazy.
Jesus. Fucking. Christ.
He’ll never be able to leave you alone at this rate.

np!!! i love ur edgeworth reqs so much always💕💕💕
🚪👀 hellooo, hope you’re doing alright. I come in with another Miles x detective! reader req where the reader comes out from an especially dangerous case and ends up battered and injured and Edgeworth is all worried and such 🤾
-🪜
oh ho ho. hello 🪜 anon!! back again with another peak prompt i see… more miles x detective reader hot and fresh!!! I’M BACK!!🤞
absence 🖋️
miles edgeworth x gn detective reader
-first kiss👀, oh that man is YEARNING and IN DENIAL.
How long could it take a detective to investigate?
That is what Miles asks himself first and foremost, when he sees you’re not in your office even though the forensics team had been back long before.
His next question is “Would you happen to know where the lead detective for this case is?” Now to the chief, who eyes the file Edgeworth’s holding and clicks his tongue disapprovingly.
“They’re at Hotti Clinic,” The man says, pushing his glasses further up his nose. “Sustained some injuries while chasing a suspect, you see.”
The papers in his hands almost slip. “Oh.” Is all he mutters, though his chest tightens by a slight margin.
With panic.
Even so, he tells himself it is not. Yes, Prosecutor Edgeworth does not panic. He never does. He evaluates situations calmly, logically, smart as a whip. This is simply just unexpected.
But, admittedly, he did feel a morsel of worry—sickening, vulnerable emotion pooling low in his stomach.
The ride to the clinic was long and stained with uncertainty; he was sure the road was twisting at some point. His fingers tap at the steering wheel absentmindedly.
“Yep. We’re going to the scene tomorrow. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can, alright?”
The memory of your voice does nothing to soothe him.
If anything, it makes his grip tighten as he pulls into the parking lot of the clinic.
He enters the lobby and approaches the front desk, ignoring how the receptionist looks him up and down at his arrival.
“I’m here to visit—“
“The detective?” She cuts in, already answering a separate phone call. “Room 3, straight ahead.”
He hesitates for a moment. “Ah- thank you.” He’ll have to ask you what you told the woman later.
“Try not to stress them out,” He hears her call after him as he approaches your room’s door.
He exhales, slow. Adjusts his cravat. Grips the doorknob.
As he pushes it open, relief gushes through him so hard it feels like vertigo.
You’re sitting on the edge of the hospital bed, one arm in a sling, a bandage stuck onto your forehead with a light bruise on your cheekbone.
And you’re laughing. Alive.
Laughing with the nurse beside you as you try to open a small carton of juice with one hand. You’re failing, obviously—but the sight makes him chuckle a little bit.
He plays it off as a cough as you look up—
“…Hey.” You smile at him like nothing’s happened.
His words get stuck at the base of his throat for a moment. “What… happened?”
“I caught the suspect.” You say, and he’s about to rudely interrupt you when you continue on; “Are you going to just stand there or are you going to come in?”
The nurse excuses herself, and Miles takes her place.
“Only now was I informed that you had sustained injuries,” He tells you, a hint of irritation staining his tone.
“Uh-huh.” You pat the spot next to you on the bed before you go back to opening the juice carton.
“And you didn’t think to tell me?” He sits down—eyes only on you.
“Why? I figured the chief would tell you.” Your good hand fiddles with the paper carton, slipping every time you try to puncture it. “And I was right.”
His frown doesn’t budge.
You pause, and furrow your brows, and stare right back at his concern—
He swears he can just see the word “eureka” written on your face.
“Ohh.” You smirk. “You were worried. About me.”
“Well, obviously, y-you’re our lead detective right now…”
“You’re dodging the question,” You singsong, swaying lightly. “You’re so sweet when you’re not in court, Edgeworth. You know that?”
“You are insufferable.” He pinches his nosebridge with two fingers. “Next time, which I hope there is not—“
“See, you do care—“
“I would prefer,” He grits out, ignoring you. “Not to receive such news secondhand.” Then, he takes the juice carton from you, opens it effortlessly, and hands it back.
Your fingers brush as you take it from him—and he blushes a little. It’s cute.
Miles’ hands go to his lap, folded. He looks like he doesn’t know what comes next; which is a rare sight.
“You’ll come running to the hospital next time?” You ask him, playful.
It’s quiet in your room.
So quiet. So tranquil.
“…Yes.”
You place the carton down.
A hand trails up to his cheek—yours. You could feel his flushed skin against your palm.
He stiffens under your touch at first. You lean in, intimate—which makes him do the same, and oh, he realizes, this is how people initiate a kiss—
The feeling of your lips on his forces him impossibly still. It lasts for a lifetime and a moment all at the same time; his heart is jumping out of his chest by the time you’ve already withdrawn and moved on to drinking fruit juice.
He adjusts his cravat once more. Clears his throat. And he stays, sitting next to you.
Even after visiting hours should have ended.

phoenix wright x male dom reader
-yeah suggestive warning obviously, but NOBODY PULLS THEIR DICK OUT, probably the most explicit i will write, established relationship
The door to your apartment opens before he’s even knocked.
“Hey, Phoenix.” You greet him, letting him enter. You notice he’s still dressed in his suit from the trial today, just without the blazer.
He flashes you a lopsided grin. “Uh- hey… how’d you know I was at the door?”
“Intuition,” You say vaguely, locking the door closed behind him. “Anyway, I thought you went to the office after the trial for dinner with Maya?”
“Well… I convinced Gumshoe to take care of her and Pearls for me.” He scratches at the back of his head.
“Poor man,” You chuckle, smirking—like you’ve figured something out. “All that just to come see me?”
“I mean, I wanted to thank you, babe,” He says, and once he lowers his hand, you can see that his usual spikes are a bit disheveled. “For bringing that evidence in during the trial today. It really saved me.”
“…And yet you ushered me back to my own apartment in the courtroom lobby.” You tilt your head, watching the faintest shade of red rise on his face. “I like burgers too, you know.”
“When you say it like that, it sounds really bad. All I did was convince you to go home early.” He takes a step into your living room, closer towards you. “I just thought… you know… after today…”
Your arms are crossed over your chest. “I’m listening.”
“I wanted to come over. Spend time with only the two of us,” He admits softly.
You hum, as if you’re pretending to weigh your options for answers.
Then, smugly; “Mr. Wright, are you admitting that you orchestrated this entire situation just to get me alone?”
He purses his lips together. “…No objections.”
“That’s the silliest thing I’ve ever heard of,” You tease, and reach out to brush your fingertips against his hip.
“Is it such a crime to want to be alone with my boyfriend, sir? Hmm?” His hands mirror yours, coming up to rest at your waist.
“I never said that,” You argue. “In fact, I think the defense deserves a reward for being so daring.” The way you’re looking at him is enough to almost make him faint.
“Oh,” Phoenix huffs, struggling to keep his face from burning up. “Oh, yeah?”
“Mhm.” You lean in to place a kiss below his ear—then his jaw, and then his neck, slow but messy.
He lets out a pant when your mouth reaches his pulse. “Y-you… you knew this would happen, didn’t you?” He manages, though his voice wavers.
“Maybe.” Your hand presses into his hip just enough to guide him backwards—“After all, you were the one that came all this way.”—he stumbles one step after the other until the back of his knees bump the couch.
“…Or should I stop?”
The response is immediate. “Don’t you dare,” He snaps, that hypnotizing smile forming on his lips.
How could you deny this man anything, really?
“Hm,” Is all he gets as a reaction before you gently tug on his tie, pulling his head forward.
Your lips press together, and Phoenix kisses you like he defends cases; warm, sincere, and just a little desperate.
“I’ve been thinking about this since the trial ended,” He confesses against your mouth, head spinning, falling back onto the couch.
That seems to pique your interest. “You have?” A teasing shake of your head. “Rather unprofessional of you.”
“Shut up,” He pulls you back in by the nape, murmuring something like, “Not my fault…”
The kiss continues to deepen in that sloppy way full of tongue and teeth that always leaves you both breathless and wanton—at some point, the buttons of his shirt get undone and his tie is pulled loose.
Your mouth moves downwards once again, printing scorching love bites onto his skin as they travel to his collarbone and chest.
“Oh fuuuck…” He whines, hips jerking up despite himself. You adore seeing him so shameless.
You move even lower now, pressing kisses to his navel, only thing interrupting the path his waistband—
And the next thing you hear is not one of Phoenix’s flustered moans.
It’s the Steel Samurai theme song.
He nearly trips over himself while patting down his pockets. “Shitshitshit,” He whispers, retrieving his phone.
He answers the call. “Ghk- hey, Detective Gumshoe…” He says, feigning composure.
You hear some shouting from the other side.
“…You can’t pay the check?” He glances at you with a heavy sigh. “Yeah. Ok. Stay put and don’t get arrested, please. …See you.”
“He’s in trouble?” You ask languidly, licking your lips.
“When is he not?” He starts to button up his shirt and adjust his tie with hasty hands. “I forgot he lives on instant noodles.”
You move out his way. “Later?”
He stands up, heartbeat still pumping so loud he’s afraid you can hear it. “Yeah.”
“Don’t keep me waiting.”
The tips of his ears are still flushed. “Trust me,” He breathes out, “I could never.”

Is it alright to ask for something for Hiromi from JJK with a sorcerer reader who seem to always end up in the same areas Hiromi just happens to be in. Reader probably there to deal with a curse but since the two keep meeting they form a connection. Kind of fluffy if that is okay.
this is more than okay this is CINEMA. ty for requesting <3 i am an anime-only so i might not have as good of a grasp on higuruma’s personality, hope i did him justice (haha) nonetheless!
dreamer ⚖️
hiromi higuruma x gn sorcerer reader
-fluff, first meetings, 2+1 things, reader is lowk full of whimsy, pre-cursed technique hiromi, i took obv inspo from nanami and the bakery girl
Two times Higuruma bumps into you + the one time he actually gets to meet you.
1 - The first time Hiromi sees you, he doesn’t think much of it. Positively, sure, but not a grand deal.
He and Shimizu walk down the street as she’s whining about how dead the office has been lately—although, he doesn’t mind it himself.
What he does mind is something that happens just a moment later, right in front of his eyes.
A petty thief stealing a woman’s purse in broad daylight, then running off with it. It’s like something you would see in a cartoon; all masked, and everything.
He’s about to chase them. That is, until you walk out of the alleyway that the robber had run into. Holding a purse.
Shimizu’s also noticed the scene, watching it like it’s a televised drama. He’s seen that invested look in her eyes before.
From where he’s standing, he can only hear faint parts of the conversation you’re now having with the woman.
“Thank you, truly, you have no idea…” The woman curls into herself, clutching her now returned bag with more force than before.
“No, no, I just happened to stroll by!”
“I wish I could pay you back in some way,” She says, bowing slightly, as your hand comes up to wave the gratitude off.
You bow back. “It’s nothing, really. You have a good day, ma’am.”
“They’re a great person, aren’t they?” Shimizu whispers into his ear. “As much as I hate to say it, people now don’t do these types of things.”
“You’re right about that.” He nods, and when you’re about to walk by him, he can’t help but interrupt you. “Excuse me.”
You stop in your tracks. “Yes?”
“I saw how you helped that woman over there. I just thought I would ask you why.”
“Oh! Why…?” You repeat back, clueless stare gazing off into the distance. “I mean… when I see injustice, I absolutely have to fight against it in any way I can, you know? It might be a little corny, now that I think about it.” That unsure grin slips on your face again—an unconscious habit, he’s already noted.
“That’s admirable. Thank you.” With an exchange of polite smiles, you two part ways.
2 - The second time Hiromi sees you is a little more steady and slow.
He’s at a rather crowded cafe—granted it wasn’t his usual place, but he felt like trying new things today.
It must’ve paid off because the next customer that walks in is you.
At first, he doesn’t notice, too engulfed in the novel that he’s reading. But it’s you who approaches him first; pulling back the chair across from him with a tentative look.
“Do you mind if I sit? All the other tables are occupied, so…”
“No, not at all.”
“Thank you.” You give an apologetic smile and sit down. “I’ve seen you somewhere before, haven’t I?”
“Yes. When you retrieved that woman’s purse a few days ago.”
Your eyes brighten. “Right! You were there,” You lean forward, as if to confirm it with a closer look. “You asked me why I helped.”
“I did.” He marks the same things about you as before—your energetic and open expression, the slight clumsiness etched into your face.
And then, your gaze momentarily flicks to his shoulder.
He chooses not to mind it.
“Are you a lawyer?” You suddenly ask.
He takes a sip of his own coffee. “How could you tell?”
“A lot of lawyers have those.” Your eyes go to his shoulder again. There’s nothing there.
“…Have what?”
“Uh…” He fears you’re about to trail off and leave him in the dark, but thankfully, you continue. “Back pain.”
Hiromi chuckles, unexpectedly. “Yeah? You can just see it, can’t you?” Rolling his shoulders, he barely avoids wincing.
“You look pretty tired, after all. But- not in a bad way!” You say, quick to correct yourself.
He’s about to huff out a reply when you put your open hand out. Then, you close it into a fist, as if squeezing some invisible stress ball.
“Now how’s your back?” You ask, weirdly giddy.
At first, he only furrows his brows. After a moment, he tries rolling his shoulders again.
It feels impossibly lighter.
“…How did you do that?” He can’t help but be amused.
“Magic,” Is what he gets as an answer before you push back your chair and stand up. “My drink is out on the counter now, I guess. Thank you for letting me sit here, Mr.…?”
“Higuruma,” He informs you.
“Mr. Higuruma. Right. I hope to see you around!”
It takes him a long moment to stop staring; and even longer to realize that he never got your name.
+1 - The third time Hiromi runs into you, you’re arguing with a vending machine.
He stops a few steps away from you on the sidewalk, briefcase hanging at his side.
“Come on,” You murmur, more to the machine than yourself—it’s ridiculous, yes, but what else could you do? “I paid!” You press the same button again and again.
Leaning down to peer through the glass window on the deposit, you watch the drink sit there, trapped halfway, just out of reach. “Unbelievable,” You scoff.
He finally decides to step forward. “Are you having trouble with that?”
You straighten immediately and turn towards him—your face lights up when you recognize the man.
“Mr. Higuruma! What a coincidence!”
He’s pleasantly surprised you remember his name.
“And you’re…” He lets his voice dwindle as he goes on.
“Oh.” You laugh awkwardly. “I never told you, did I?” You tell him his name, and he parrots it quietly, noting it for later.
“As you can see, I’m currently in a dispute.” You gesture to the vending machine, dissatisfied. “It took my money.”
The corner of his mouth lifts. “Unfortunate.” Then he steps closer, examining the deposit and buttons. “You pressed this one?”
“Yes.”
“And it stopped halfway?”
“Yes, sir.”
He studies the angle of the bottle some more—you can’t really tell the importance in that—before giving the side of the machine a firm shove with his shoulder.
The drink drops with a thud as the machine rattles slightly.
You just… stare. “How’d you do that? I tried shaking it and it didn’t work.”
He picks the bottle up and hands it to you. “Magic,” He responds.
“That’s what they really teach in law school?” You chuckle, already twisting the cap open.
“Exactly,” He says, matter-of-fact.
He’s only now realizing how much he enjoys company.
You take a small sip of your drink. “I shouldn’t keep you for long, should I? I’m sure you were going somewhere.”
“It’s no worries. I was heading home anyway.”
He adjusts his grip on his briefcase, thinking it through for a few moments before putting a hand into his suit pocket and giving you a crisp business card.
Higuruma Law Office, it writes.
Those tired eyes meet your gaze. “Would you be interested in getting coffee with me sometime?”
You scan the card. “Consultation fee?”
“Oh, no. Never.”
Into your pocket it goes. “Then I’d be happy to.”
