unless Namco proves me otherwise I’m convinced Orson is responsible for that new 2 player mode. I mean come on, it’d be the perfect segue into his and Pac’s relationship in a World 3 remake (and they’re clearly at least thinking about it if the World 2 Re-Pac’s new voice acting is anything to go by…)

Pooch the Pesky Pup fanart! If you don’t know who he is, I can’t exactly blame you— he’s never been super well known. But I love my obscure Walter Lantz characters, so I wanted to draw him and his girlfriend, Poodles.

I’ve given them both a bit of a redesign here. Pooch is kind of a combination of his three designs while Poodles is mostly based on her final design, albeit with a more complex outfit. I did a lot of research into outfits from the 1930s to find something that fit her well. I’ve always gotten a kind of city girl/country boy vibe from the two of them, and I tried to emphasize that with their new looks.

They’re such a sweet, wholesome couple. They may not be well known, but I think they’re one of my favorites from the cartoons of this era. They loyally stick together no matter what (which is more than can be said for some of the other couples from this time period lol)

This seems like a good time to take a break from these for a while, but I do intend to eventually make more of these with some of the more modern adults somewhere down the line :)

I’ve yet to post anything 100% original, so here’s my boy Jinx— Jinx the Crow! My take on a 1930s era/style cartoon protagonist. He’s so clumsy and unlucky that everything seems to go wrong for him; so wrong that it rolls back around to being good luck, and he always seems to win in the end.

Never really thought about it much until I was working on these, but outside of Mimitchi and Pochitchi, the P2 tamas really don’t get much love like the P1 ones do. Too bad, I love Zuccitchi and his lil shifty eyes lmao

First batch of P2 adult PMD portraits: Mimitchi, Pochitchi, and Nyatchi! Three this time, since Pochitchi and Nyatchi are interchangeable depending on the version. Kind of timely, considering two of these three will be on the new Paradise device… but not Nyatchi, who got replaced with a different cat Tama. Too bad. Personally, I’d choose Nyatchi over Meowtchi any day of the week…

I’ve tried a couple of times over the years to redesign Ristar and give him a more detailed, modern look. (Because we’re getting a sequel one of these days, right? Right?) Stumbled across some of those older attempts while going through old work and was inspired to take another crack at it.

I think it’d be cute if he had a little comet trail as a tail :)
