I’m first to admit that I often feel pangs of awkwardness when I send out contracts. I’d do away with them if I could. The absence of contracts though, far outweighs the weirdness and tediousness of having to create and use them. To maintain a sustainable freelance lifestyle as a Creative, I cannot do without it.
