What do her dreams look like ? How are they affected, with her being an Oracle ?
In a word ; Noisy. Though Celeste can have dreams like a normal individual, they're often very lucid, and she's aware it's a dream. She does not act out within these dreams, or act as anyone other than herself - however, many of her dreams are prophetic, in nature, be the consequence large or small. Even if the event is as minor as dropping a fork, within days of the dream, the event happens.
However, visions and words of the Gods, are different. She feels almost adrift, among the stars, with only their words audible. Their fortunes and favors can be so small, as granting her the name and gender of her child, to severe extremes, such as plotted assassinations or deaths that will carry a ripple effect onto her kind and community.
There is some good news, in this regard ; For, in Otraybia, many know that there is a Harpy Oracle, and do take her words at heart if they come to find it's her. There is no thought of, this is fiction, she's lying. The Southern Dreadwood revers Celeste, for not only is she a Celestial Being, but it is, again, so uncommon for harpies to be anyones' chosen anything. They can recognize and reconcile with themselves, that her life is special, and what she sees to be the future, aligns with what the Fates have written out.
