Vera hissed as the sink sprayed water at her, obviously needing to be fixed. Now she shirt was soaked through and this woman was laughing at her. She whipped around with eyes that could start fires. “Oh, shut up,” she hissed. “You could have told me what was going to happen, but you went with vague, don’t act like you were helping.”

-- & Pissing off anyone is not in her best interest, yet it comes nearly as a second nature type of thing; clearly. Which is most certainly why Drea found herself attracted to the Anserini's life style in the first place, and look at where that had gotten her? "I told you not to turn the tap on, vague as it is -- I had best intentions." Did she though? Probably not.

there was so much to this place, she couldn’t be faulted for getting distracted while walking around. she hadn’t heard the other speak up when she had warned her about the plant she was going to collide into but it couldn’t have worse. at least she hadn't broken the vase it was in. instead only getting some dirt onto the bottom of her shirt. “i was distracted. it’s fine. just dirt.” she said, trying to dust it off herself.

-- & Just dirt. "Mhmmm but see -- if you had broken it, chances are someone would have rang your neck." Drea's shoulders lift into a shrug as she readjusts herself. "A vase being broken, or even chipped sure as shit isn't a big deal to anyone normal but to them?" A hand gestures around them, uncomfortable chuckle leaving her lips. "It's the end of the world."

-- & Charming and Anserini didn't go hand in hang; despite this mans words. "Right." Drea mutters with a nod, leaning further back in her position. "We're dealing with natural born killers, not interior decorators."

They eyed the profile of the woman that had joined them, glad that she had elected to stay across the room instead of coming over to join them. They had no idea if this woman had been captured, like them, or if she was watching over someone of her own, and that’s what bothered them so badly. “Yeah, it is pretty quiet. I haven’t been out to the stables, so I don’t know what they’re like, but you’re the first person to come in here for the past hour and a half that I’ve been sitting here.”

-- & Shoulders lift into a soft shrug as she continues to scan over the books, finger slowly moving across spines as she goes. "I find a lot of the time people ignore the library -- too busy with..." Sigh leaves, "Killing or...whatever. Basically if you need a place to settle your nerves, it's the library."

-- & Snide laughter falls past her lips as she pressed back into her seat, forgetting both her manners and the fact that this may not bode well for her in the long run. “If you had listened to me when I said don’t do it,” A gesture to the other’s appearance. “That wouldn’t have happened.”

Natalie had finally managed to convince the gang member watching after them to let them wander around the clubhouse. They had only been there for a little over a week, but to them it felt like it had been years, mostly due to the ever present withdrawal symptoms. They were incredibly irritable, which had lead to them having to stay in their captor’s room, but things had settled down, though how long that would last had yet to be seen. As it was, they had been given express direction to stay in the more public areas of the clubhouse. So, Natalie found themself in the library. Though they weren’t much of a reader, the peace and quiet was comforting, until they heard footsteps coming closer. “I’m just sitting here. That’s not a crime, is it?” they asked, not bothering to look up.

-- & Saying she hadn't expected to find anyone else wihtin the confines of the library would be naive given how many members of the gang remained within the club house, or their lasted VICTIMS; and yet there's still surprise lingering upon fair features as she takes in the others apperance. "No, it's not." Is what she finally settles on though she doesn't move closer to the other, instead turning to continue her attention to the book shelf she'd been eyeing, checking the spines of the books. "It's quieter in here than any other part of the house -- unless you count the stables, I guess."

CCTV footage caught KATIE MCGRATH being taken to the clubhouse outside town. Audio suggests that it’s actually ALDREA MILDYO, the 31year old FEMME FATALE. SHE was taken because SHE WAS PREVIOUSLY ON THE GANGS PAYROLL and apparently they KNOW their kidnapper. SHE is COLD as well as GENUINE, rumour has it that they’re BISEXUAL. Don’t get too close though, after all ROSE PELLWORTH might be watching.

Marcus and Mae Mildyo were blessed with a baby bundle early into their lives, proving that even when happiness reigns there could still be more achieved. Aldrea’s childhood was nothing short of fantastic, being constantly spoiled and taken care of by extended family members. Though the Mildyo’s weren’t particularly well off they did their best to provide for their daughter, and by the time it came to sending Aldrea off to school they spared no expense. After her interested in social work became apparent Marcus and Mae went ahead and sent up a tuition account for Aldrea to attend UBC College in Vancouver, only an hour outside of where they’d lived originally.

A year and ahalf into her course Aldrea met a man by the name of Patrick Anderson, someone that she thought was the love of her life; as much as she didn’t believe in that cliche romantic plause. For the next three years everything was perfect in her life. She graduated from college at the top of her class, immediately got the position she wanted within the Brookswood police force and her love life couldn’t have been any better. Until shit hit the fan and Patrick began to drink on the daily, unhappy with how his own life was going; constantly comparing himself to the other men in his field and getting nowhere for it. That’s when the abuse started.

The truth of the matter was that Aldrea took the beatings because she was afraid of him lashing out at others, but even someone of her caliber knew it wasn’t rational to keep allowing it. Every time she tried to bring it up or get him help, it made it worse. Her work began to slide and people in her life started to notice the bruises, how tired she was; one person in particular took note. During her work within the Brookswood police force Aldrea had made friends with a young girl by the name of Rose Pellworth, someone that had one hell of a reputation for such a young woman; a teenager even. The rumours weren’t exactly subtle, Aldrea knew the organization that Rose belonged to. Even though it was against everything Aldrea had worked for, against her morality even, she found herself soon asking for help from that very organization. One thing lead to another, and Patrick was no longer a problem for Aldrea; or for anyone.

After that favor that the Anserini paid her, it became very apparent that she was in their service and for a long time she didn’t exactly mind. After all they had helped her, saved her in a sense. But when she started to see the darker side of things, when they asked her to cover things up that she morally couldn’t turn a blind eye to? Aldrea decided to run, of course that’s never something that happens. You don’t just turn your back on a gang like the Anserini and sure enough, two days after she tried to leave she found herself back at the clubhouse with morality in question and a new prison.
