Congrats to my client who has bought a place for his own stay. I've been engaged by him as he is looking for one to invest. After spending an hour to research, I've found one of the project which is worth considering. A project in the east of Singapore has transacted more than 1500psf, a project in the south is transacting almost 1900psf. How about this project that I'm going to propose to him?
