These Crispy Cauliflower Tacos with Yum Yum Sauce are a delicious and satisfying vegetarian option for taco night. Ingredients: 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1 cup water. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup breadcrumbs. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar. 1 tablespoon honey. 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil. 8 small tortillas. 2 cups shredded lettuce. 1 cup diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro.
Instructions: Put the flour, water, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together with a whisk. Let the extra batter drip off of each cauliflower floret as you dip it in it, and then cover it in breadcrumbs. Put them on a baking sheet. Before putting the cauliflower in the oven, heat it to 425F 220C. Bake it for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it is crispy and golden brown. Do the Yum Yum Sauce while the cauliflower is baking. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil. Put away. Follow the directions on the package to warm the tortillas up in a skillet or the microwave. To put the tacos together, cover each tortilla with a lot of crispy cauliflower. Place chopped tomatoes, red onion, lettuce, and fresh cilantro on top. Add the Yum Yum Sauce on top of the toppings.
