Grizzle's the one mind controlling Oopsy, so any other bears would have the same result, being a jerk, basically. They just wouldn't have a robot arm as Oopsy lost his prior to this. Grizzle didn't have anything to do with it.

Oh, not the best. Oopsy may have not been my biological brother but we still grew up like we were... seeing him have no clue who I am and denying what I say hurts.

Bright Heart Racoon and Grumpy Bear, you two are smart mechanics, right? Have you figured out what caused Oopsy’s memory loss? Or figured out a way to restore his memories?

Unfortunately, we can't even get close to him without him attacking us. We would use the Stare on him, but Good Luck doesn't want us doing that to his lil' brother again.

At this point, I'd be willing to just sneak up on him and attack him from behind. He has no badge, despite his claims. I think his arm has weapons in it, though.

I don't like it. I offered to make him a new arm myself, but he didn't want it... and then he just kinda vanished, and next thing I know he's being brainwashed! I don't know why Grizzle chose Oopsy, maybe it's because he manipulated him before?

"Belly Badge" implies I'm a care bear. I am not. It's just something I woke up with one day, and seeing as it matches the one on my arm, I'm assuming Grizzle drew it. The reason why is unknown to me.
