Any updates for us? I know the printing run got botched so you are reprinting, sadly and so did some merch, but I am curious where everything is at now.

Hi, we are still waiting on one of our merch manufacturers to correct the production error with the 3D charms, and we've followed up earlier this week for an updated timeline on when the replacements will ship.

Due to the continued issues with their production of this item, we are being especially thorough in reviewing their new production samples to ensure the final product is accurate. This has unfortunately contributed to some delays as we wait for their responses.

However, we expect to have an update within the next few days, including a delivery estimate for these replacement items. We'll share another update on our socials as soon as we've confirmed the charms have both been produced correctly and are on their way to us.

hai hai!! is there any updates on production rn? i ordered a while back and i was wondering if yall have any updates this year ^o^

We're getting close!! Almost everything has arrived- we're just waiting on replacements for a few items (such as some photocards that got damaged during shipment) and that's been delayed slightly by the Lunar New Year, but we're reaching the finish line!

Our production mod plans to send out a proper email with more detailed information, but that covers the gist of it!
