Found this recipe for Pizza on insta and decided to translate it in English. The whole thing is just 455 kcals. So you can use it as your omad.
The dough:
200g of potatoes( 220 kcals)
1tbsp of cornstarch (30 kcals)
Spices (Any you want)
1 tbsp of olive oil (50kcals)
Toppings:
20g of tomato sauce( 5 calories)
50g of tuna ( 66kcals)
30g of Mozzarella/ or any cheese you want ( 84 kcals)
Boil the potatoes until soft and mash them together with the cornstarch and spices. Take the dough, knead it into a ball and put a little bit of the oil on parchment paper before spreading the dought on it until you are satisfied with its perimeter.
Add the rest of the oil on the now flat dough and put it in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 F( Or until the top starts getting gold)
Take out the dough, put the toppings on it and put it back in the oven for a few minutes to let the cheese melt.
And that's it.
455 kcals for the whole pizza.

Instructions
1. Prepare sauce:
❀ mix low-fat quark, onion, spring onion, garlic and a tsp of Teriyaki sauce
❀ add water til you get a creamy texture
❀ add spices, whatever you like
❀ stir thoroughly
2. Prepare eggplant:
❀ wash
❀ cut in half vertically, then in slices evenly
3. Combine
❀ place eggplant into the sauce and press down carefully until it is almost covered with the sauce
❀ add Toppings ✨
4. Bake
❀ put in oven 20-30 min or airfryer 20-25 min @ 180 °C

Its been a long time but i’m finally reached one of my goals i’m in the 40′s. To think I started at 191 and i’m now in the 40′s i honestly can’t believe it!!! i want to get down to 140 exactly that 7 more pounds to go and then my next goal will be 135. I can start to see my collar bones and my ribs... I can even feel them and to think i couldn’t before!!! I am so proud of myself... I still cant believe I did it.

Get your bed pillow and fold it in half
Place it between your thighs

So you remind yourself, that it is never okay to eat….okay? Put that food down, its just calories made to look good FAT!!! That’s all your gonna be if you eat it Put salt on your food, lots of salt, until it’s way to salty to eat You look like a whale you fat bitch. Look at that stomach you should be ashamed. You wanna be thin? You best lay off the pies. Do you still want it? Cause 7 and a half hours isn’t even a fucking fast, that’s just like a gap between breakfast and lunch, or lunch and dinner Don’t be so pathetic.

Craving Essentials
Its easier to eat a little bit of something you’re craving than suppress it because that will most likely result in a binge
I usually either crave something crunchy like chips or something sweet so here are ways to satisfy those cravings
If you’re craving something sweet/chocolate-y:
- Those fancy fruity teas (add a pinch of cinnamon for an extra sweet taste)
- Fruit - better to go to town eating fruits than chocolate cake (watermelon is amazing and frozen berries in the summer)
- Frozen grapes
- Gum
- Dark chocolates - individually wrapped and shoved in the back of you cupboard so that you have to go to the trouble of finding them
- Cacao nibs
- Baking cocoa powder + no cal sweetener + water = epic hot chocolate (can add a bit of almond or soy milk)
- Diet soda
- Dried fruits - especially figs, apricots and dates (be careful if you are calorie sensitive tho)
- 2 tablespoons of flour + no cal sweetener + 2 tablespoons of water (can add apple sauce too) + coca powder or cinnamon -> microwave for 1-2 mins = very good low cal muffin (not my recipe, but it’s great, whoever came up with this is a genius)
If you’re craving something crunchy:
- Celery - you can go crazy with celery (helps if you crunch intentionally)
- Rice cakes - you can sprinkle some seasoning salt or stock powder
- No oil homemade potato chips (oven baked with paprika and garlic powder)
- Cucumbers, carrots, cabbage, lettuce, snow peas, capsicum, radishes
- Air-popped popcorn - homemade is better
- Roasted sunflower seeds - again, no oil
- Now, this one is a bit strange but frozen peas makes a great snack
- Whole wheat crackers
- Unsweetened corn flakes
- Ice chips
